Overall - because they made it right with me - I give them a good rating. Car was clean and service was good.

I regularly took all four of my vehicles to these locations--usually every two weeks and sometimes weekly--depending on which location was less busy. After being overcharged and receiving a car wash that was not completed properly, I contacted the owner to express my concerns. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the owner accused me of trying to "get over," hung up on me, and said, "You people always try to get over." I found that statement extremely rude, disrespectful, and troubling. Who exactly are "you people"? As a Black customer, I could only question whether the comment was directed at Black people. After consistently supporting this business with four vehicles, I never expected to be treated this way simply for making a legitimate complaint. I will never return to either location. The service was overpriced, the quality of the work was poor, and the owner's response was completely unacceptable. This was one of the worst customer-service experiences I have ever had. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Unfortunately, this was my first time here and the anal-retentive owner was on site. I found his constant need to visit and interact with us to be annoying and an unwelcome interruption to rushing against the clock. Between him and the other worker, we were interrupted no less than three times. When he wasn't flapping his gums, he was watching over my shoulder - I guess to be sure I understand how to properly operate the highly complex water hose and scrub brushes. Yessir, those can be mighty tricky to figure out without many years of training and hands-on experience. Note that they don't allow you to wipe the water off your car with a towel in the wash bay - even if no one is lined up and waiting to use the bay. This rule isn't posted, but it was helpful to know as I generally don't like to dry my vehicle in the sun (water spots). Drying your car is apparently considered "detailing" in the bay. Who knew? I didn't, but now that I'm aware of the policy, I'll be able to keep in compliance with their rules by not using their facilities again.
