Paid for my car wash and when I went into the tunnel the speaker told me to exit. it took my money but I received no wash. I called the phone and it went to a full voicemail and went to the website and it said undergoing maintenance. Not sure what is going on. read more

Never a problem here at 3 minute car wash. They always have supplies and everyone is very friendly. The workers also put effort into to it the prewash. Vacuums always work but spaces can be limited so try to avoid busy times. There is another car wash on exit 218 that I refuse to go to. read more

Not great. Lots of guys hardly working. Self service bug prep in the front of line. Difficult to park. Vacuums are not strong enough to do any good. Cheapest wash is $7. read more

PLEASE READ THIS YOUNG MAN IS FROM LOCUST AND IS GOING TO Better this community. I recently visited Traivn at 3 Minute Car Wash in Locust Grove, GA, and I must say, it was an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Traivn, who was friendly and welcoming. He explained the different car wash packages they offered and helped me choose the one that suited my needs. I opted for the full-service wash, because I was in my brother's black little Ford ranger that I was using for the day anyway the wash included a thorough exterior wash, tire and rim cleaning, and a vacuum dry. Traivn was very efficient, and the whole process took only a few minutes. He took great care in making sure my brothers truck was spotless and gleaming. I was impressed by the level of attention to detail Traivn provided, and my truck looked brand new by the time it was finished. Overall, I highly recommend Traivn at 3 Minute Car Wash in Locust Grove, GA. The service was fast, efficient, and thorough, and Traivn was an excellent host. The quality of the work was top-notch, and I'll definitely be returning for my next car wash. Five stars all around! read more

Very nice car wash with free vacuums. This place is relatively new, and the cheapest car wash is $5.00. We usually spend a little more for the upgrades like rain-x, tire shine, bug protector, etc... They have free vacuums which are included with your wash. The vacuums are very strong and work very well. They also have free air freshener spray, glass cleaner, and all-purpose cleaner along with nice high quality disposable cloths to use to clean the interior of your vehicle as well. This is a very nice touch that I haven't seen at other similar car washes. read more

Favorite car wash ever! They scrub down every car before they send it into the car wash. Free vacuum that has THE BEST sucking capacity ever!! And they even have 2 vacuum tools at each station you pull up to. And they have complimentary free wipes and multi purpose and glass cleaner and air freshener spray! And if that's not enough, they have this machine you stick your mats in and it scrubs and pushes the dirt off!! Who does this? No one! Please open one in McDonough, you'd make a fortune!! read more

My car was damaged, due to the car infront of me coming off the roller and stopping while still in the tunnel, as my car continued on track. Management blamed the car for "hitting" the breaks. After review of the cameras play back, it wasn't clear because their camera lenses were "dirty". Still not sure of the actually cause, but I recommend that others proceed with caution before entering.. Seems like they allow too many cars in the tunnel at once and direct cars through without enough space between cars. read more

Awful, young lady was rude telling me to get the hell out of there cause I asked her to stop being so rude ! They are conducting construction next door and as I was leaving after my car got washed the dust from next door immediately dirtied my car before exiting the premises. I asked if I can go and wash my car again and was told yes by one employee and as I proceeded to enter and was waiting for gate to open ..A young female asked me what I wanted and when i told her what was going on she told me I could not wash my car again but I could pressure wash it with a Nasty attitude. I told her that they should not open under these conditions and she said "are you going to get a pressure wash or what? . I asked her why is she being so rude and She told to me get the hell out of there! An employee with a uniform! Then I when to report to a manager another employee lied and told me he was the manager and she came in with a smirk in her face and laughing. There is no number to report to..no website. My family and I would faithfully wash cars here but not anymore. I will report it to BBB. read more
