There was a few times where the cashier would disappear and people would intentionally take their time to brush things against my butt. Another time I bought a shower and someone had diarrhea all over the seat. I came back out to ask what happened and if I could get a new shower. 1 time they weren't there. The other was "why is that shower not good enough for you?" I explained someone pooped on the seat and the jackass said to flush it. With that much diarrhea its basically a health hazard and there wasn't any reason for them NOT TO CLEAN IT, especially since it was their job to.

There are a ton of gas pumps and chargers. The bathrooms are plentiful, well stocked and clean. The merch is amazing. So much Beaver gear we never knew we needed. Buc'ees mugs, beach towels and snacks were the highlights. We also tried them famous brisket and it did not disappoint. Staff is super patient and helpful. Can't hardly wait for the next trip.

The snacks/ drinks/ candies had a huge selection and specially items flavors of popular brands that you can't get at a regular grocery store, as well as the classics we all know and love. Anything you could possibly need for any good road trip you can find at this Love's. They had all the right adapters/ chargers and extras. They even had a wall with model cars that were very cool. The store shows its age, there are things placed here and there, so remember to take a good look, you might actually find what you've been looking for. It's always nice when you accidentally run across something you haven't seen in 40+ years. That's how I felt about Shelton's Store. The variety of items on the shelves is actually pretty funny and some of them look like they have been there for 40+ years. The couple that runs the place keeps a notebook with all transactions hand written in it. You can get homemade deli sandwiches on the super soft white bread that sticks to the roof of your mouth when you take a bite. Nothing fancy but it's nice to get lunch for 2 for less than $10 anywhere these days. They serve breakfast as well but I haven't made it in to try that yet. They also sell fuel but you can't pay at the pump. I would find that annoying some places but it just makes sense here. Unfortunately, there aren't a lot of places left like Shelton's.
