And then I waited...and waited ... and waited. After an hour, I went and found his assistant and asked how much longer it would be. He said he'd find out. Ten minutes later he had not returned. This guy is a skin doctor, not an ER physician, who can dismiss long waits as caused by unanticipated emergencies. If you have to wait an hour for him, as I did, it's because he treats his patients with casual contempt. Oh, and here is a sample of patients from Zoom.doc -- "wait time was an hour ... way too long",,,,"35 minutes is much to long.":"They made me wait over an hour. Not going back." Bizarre, scammy medical office. They overbook for appointments. When I arrived for my 1 PM…read moreappointment, the waiting room was full - standing room only. I had to wait over an hour past my appointment time to see the doctor. The doctor is kind, and apologized for the wait, but at that point the damage was done. We discussed my foot issues and she suggested an initial treatment course of stretching and that I should make a follow up appointment to get medical imaging. I suspect this was to increase my number of visits for financial gain. I had a secondary issue that she was supposed to send in to a lab for results. I was never contacted with the results. I had to chase them down for weeks to get the doctor to call with the "results." I honestly suspect she never sent the samples in and was guessing. She gave me three vague, possible explanations for what came back in the results. Serious medical malpractice going on.

There's security guards throughout the facility at your service. The clinicians here provide great quality of care to their patients from my observation. I was here recently to grab a crew neck sweatshirt from the gift shop. The gift shop is a small but it contains all of the essentials that you need while being at a hospital.
