When I called to set up a life insurance policy one of the people at his office met me at a coffee shop in Minneapolis, so I wouldn't have to make the trip. Pretty amazing. Recently they opened up this office in Highland Park. That's right near my home. It's a beautiful office and you're welcomed in right off the bat. Everyone is friendly and really wants to help you. I've had State Farm for almost 20 years, and sometimes it's easy to take for granted when you have an amazing agent. A few days ago I had a minor fender bender and I got rear ended. The person who hit me had possibly the worst insurance agent in the world.
