A life altering decision The best decision I ever made for my personal well-being occurred 3 months ago, when I decided to start my knee (and back) improvement journey at Minnesota Regenerative Institute! At my decision point, unbearable knee, hip and back pain influenced all my day-to-day activities. I lacked the ability to bend my knees more than 10 percent, making walking difficult. My confidence was all but gone. At this all-time low point, an ad for the clinic caught my attention. With interest, I watched the videos, reviewed testimonials and completed some offline research on the clinic & non-surgical knee treatments. Anxiously, I took the first step and made my evaluation appointment. After X-rays & testing, my evaluation indicated my case was extreme, but treatment could/would help. Weekly appointments consisting of physical therapy, adjustments, strengthening, stretching, decompression and injections were scheduled to reduce pain, eliminate scar tissue, and improve flexibility. While there is still work to do to gain additional flexibility/strength/stability, my choices are no longer based on my pain and inability. They listen, encourage, and offer ideas and solutions. They invested in my success and focused on my entire well-being. I was looking at having to have back surgery and I was not wanting to do that. I came to Minnesota Regenerative Institute on my mother's recommendation as she had been there with their program. This program has already changed my life. I was a semi driver and in severe pain. I got out of the truck to participate in this wonderful program. I was hesitant, please don't be. I was unable to sweep my floor, do dishes, cook, unable to stand for long periods of time to sing as I am a musician as well. I am into the program 9 weeks already, boy it's went fast. Still have more weeks to go, but I feel like a new person. Of course I have some bad days, but those are far a few in between. I came to MRI a few springs ago for troubles with my back and through countless sessions with the chiropractic and therapy teams I was back on my feet at work in no time with 0 pain! After the reputable care I received then, I knew that this was the place I wanted to go for my prenatal chiropractic care. A new face to me, Dr. Steph, was as bright and cheerful as the team members I had had before, and she handled my pregnancy with the utmost care and consideration to my changing body as a first time mom. She offered words of encouragement every visit and assured me that my body was doing what it was meant to do! She worked on my hips and pelvis and was able to do the Webster Technique and this helped keep my baby head down for our delivery from 20 weeks and on. I delivered a healthy baby boy with no complications and my delivery process was fast due to the stretching and movements that we had prepared for during my appointments. After this I brought my baby into see Dr. Stephanie and she assured me he was perfect, she checked movement and flexibility, and I felt so comfortable having worked with her before, to have her handle my baby. I first came because of my neck pain that I dealt with for over 10 years due to a car accident. It came to a point where I could barley turn my head to look over my shoulder. The adjustments helped a lot but what I say saved my neck was the rehab part. After a few weeks I began to notice my headaches were gone, I was able to see my surroundings without pain and could actually say I was pain free. The rehab program does last a while but I wouldn't have it any other way. I also did the weight loss program to learn more about my body type. I was at my heaviest when i decided to ask for help, I had tried everything. Keto, pills, diets, you name it. It is a dedication but you learn how to properly fuel your body. I slowly became less fatigued, had more energy. Overall felt better, it even began to improve my mental health. I have recommended a few people here and they have thanked me numerous times. I do gotta say that this place has what you need to get feeling better. I have neuropathy in my hand. I have noticed that in the last month that the physical therapy. the rebuilder that you use at home 2x a day and the natural supplements all help. It does take time but at the end of the day I am a 32 year old that has had issues progressively over the last approximately 8 years. I couldn't use power tools, clean the shower enjoy 4wheeling as I couldn't use the throttle because my hand hurt too much and was too numb. I couldn't write for more then a few minutes without taking a break. I am still working this program but I am seeing improvements. I hand drive my 4 wheeler with out taking a break for 20 + minutes. the environment is very welcoming. I do not feel judged so it makes it easier to keep coming back. they really care. It does take time and yes you will need to continue to keep up with the at home therapy. But you really need to come in. After 18 months of in office & (mostly) in-home treatments I have received positive results from my experience with Minnesota Regenerative Institute. I had back fusion surgery 7 years ago that was considered very successful as the immense pain was gone. However, the nerve damage and drop foot that I sustained prior to surgery was not expected to repair itself very quickly if ever. In truth, the numbness that replaced the pain in my right foot continued to get worse and over time the numbness expanded up to my knee and to my left foot. The numbness has affected my balance, mobility and quality of life. My treatments at Minnesota Regenerative Institute has actually improved the feeling in both my feet and balance. I am continuing my in-home treatments as I am still getting a consistent, albeit slow, improvement as a result of using them. I have been very pleased with the investment in my health. I went in for Vein Treatment. I have suffered with varicose veins all of my adult life. Had them stripped when I was 20 years old. Have had many surgeries and have been to many places that specialize in vein care. About 2 months ago I had a vein treatment at a vein clinic, after the treatment I had pain in my thigh. Decided to try Minnesota Regenerative Institute they were determined to find the cause of my pain. While doing the ultrasound they determined the veins were only partially closed, which caused the pain. I had them do the procedure and the pain stopped. I have never gone anywhere else where they do follow-up for an entire year, previously was done with no follow up. I'm having both legs done now. and I can't believe the expertise they have. They are determined to find the root of the problem not just the ones on the surface. I highly recommend them for any vein treatment u may need. I have suffered from Long COVID for four years. This illness forced me to leave my healthcare career, athletics and dramatically changed my entire life. My experience with Minnesota Regenerative has been extremely positive. I came in January with extreme pain, 15 Advil a day pain. I've been very physical and energetic my entire life, and actually I was scared of what May be wrong. It was a bad disc, deteriorating. I have been in chiropractic care since my 20's and no place has helped me like the staff and Dr.s here have. I came in with debilitating pain in my hip and lower back. I had shooting nerve pain going down my left leg which kept me crunched over while I sat and while I walked. I could not straighten up. I could not walk very far as the nerve pain was so bad. I am now 4 weeks in to my treatment plan which consists of adjustments, physical therapy to strengthen my muscles around my core, hip and spine and finishing with a decompression table as well. Both the therapy and the decompression desk have been the key in what I believe, will get me to returning to an active body and recovery. I have been dealing with shoulder pain for about 7-8 years. I have done everything but surgery and injections and didn't want to go that route. Since July, when I met Rolund, he talked about the different therapy methods MN Regenerative did. Finally in February, I couldn't stand the constant pain anymore and wanted my arms/shoulders back, plus with a baby on the way I didn't want to lose feeling in my arms while holding/feeding a baby. The staff at MN Regenerative Institute have been fantastic. They have made a plan that works with my VA Health coverage and elective services. Jenna is wonderful. I enjoy the stretches she and Roland have me do both here and at home. Dr. Aaron listens to me and personalized the chiropractic adjustments to meet my individual needs. I came in with alot of back pain that made working in general and playing with my kids tough to do. after completing about half of their program I'm nearly pain free and able to work and play that way most of the day and actively getting better. all of the people here are very supportive and take their time explaining everything to you and helpful whenever needed. I have had back pain most of my life, often times I can barely walk. After my initial exam and X-rays with the doctors here, I was put on an exercise and strengthening program. My family recently moved to the area. I had been seeing a chiropractor for years and thought that was what this place was. It is sooooo much more. When I first came into the Minnesota Regenerative Institue, I was one canes & one crutch. I couldn't support myself at all. I was running a pain level of 10 and I couldn't work. After 10 treatments I'm walking without any support and am basically pain free. I can now sit down and put my clothes on with no discomfort.
