So far I've tried boxing, strength, and flow. When I showed up for boxing, the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. The woman who signed me up for the class even showed up to make sure I made it and introduce me to the instructor. She wasn't even scheduled to work--she just came and left after. The instructor Midge was very nice and inspirational and the entire class said hello and made me feel comfortable. Strength class kicked my butt. It was packed, fast paced, and I should have arrived earlier than ten minutes beforehand (ok, eight minutes beforehand). Flow class this morning was a great choice to stretch out my sore muscles from yesterday. Onward to my last trial class this week: cycling!

The old rafters and charm put your mind at ease while you practice an intimate session of yoga. Looking forward to returning for another cycle/HIIT class! The class was one that novices and experts could thrive in! The instructor was inclusive and also pushed us in the best way! There were options to modify, make things easier/harder, etc. Great instructor! The locker rooms were clean, although the key system, my friend is used to the code so didn't have a card to use to get the lock to work. The desk outside the locker room has spares and helped right away. The showers were clean, locker area clean, overall great! Parking was....a pain. But I can imagine on a Monday at 5ish, that's the case. Found a spot within 5 minutes and had to walk a few minutes but whatever. If you're looking for a gym with freedoms to use equipment, shoot some hoops, or take a class - check out lifetime!

Here I am months later, the employee is no longer there and the new manager is telling me I have to pay a $200 fee to cancel and 30 day notice. I informed the employee Danielle upon signing up that I wouldn't be able to have the membership longer than a year and she assured me it was ok and I was able to cancel, I just needed to notify them. They admit to several complaints that the same employee had yet unable to rectify the situation.
