I've been going here for a little over a year after doing some alignment damage to my back from working at a bar lifting kegs all day. I started out with sciatic pain and stiffness in my neck and back, now, after all the wonderful and attentive care, I feel fantastic! I'm doing much better, and peek in about once a month by choice to keep on top of my progress. From the front staff to the main guys, this place is a gem. Everyone is friendly and I'm always in a better mood after my appointment, and not just because of my neck being adjusted. The doctors and staff at Minorik have been taking wonderful care of me since I went to them after an accident in 2018. They were able to find the injury both Crystal Clinic and Summa could not, and had me feeling better before I could get a rehab app with either of those facilities. My wife has gone to Minorik Chiropractic for over twenty years with great results. I hurt my back in February and needed to feel better quickly before leaving on vacation. Dr. Johnson took xrays and took time to show me what was causing my pain. He set up a treatment schedule that successfully healed my back. I now go monthly for maintenance treatments. I'm about 10 or so visits in, and got my second xrays today, friday I will know how things are progressing, I however, am actually feeling much better. I have been in pain for years and have tried everything short of surgery and these visits have really helped me. I will continue to update as things develop. Office staff is still very friendly and have been very accommodating to my schedule and any scheduling conflicts that have arisen. No complaints whatsoever and I highly recommend this place!!! read more

Truly a life changing decision switching to this chiropractic center. I had a debilitating headache for nearly 2 months. Initially I sought out treatment from another chiropractor, but they were not caring for me properly, so I thought I would give Minorik a shot. It was the best decision I could've made. I'm 5 weeks in and feeling like a person again. They truly care about long term solutions and helping you understand what's wrong, why, and how to fix it. I can't stress this office enough. The doctors are good and they did fix my back problem from a fall. But please read very carefully word by word everything they want you to sign. I saw the doctor in April, got an x-ray bill from an outside company saying I own them money because the office sent out the x-ray for 2nd opinion which I have never seen the report. I called the office just want to confirm this is not a scam. When the first lady told me I signed the consent form, I was going to pay anyway if I have to, but she then transferred me to this second lady, she was in a mood to argue! I was only saying I think patient will appreciated it if they could take 15 seconds to explain there is a 2nd bill we might receive. She just going on and on about "you signed it, I am sorry, you signed it. If you don't read you shouldn't sign...." You know how sometimes people say I am sorry but they don't really mean it, and just make you angrier. I hang up the phone saying " you just lost a patient over 40 dollar and I won't refer anyone here anymore." I don't even know why I said that cause I do like the doctors here but she sounded like she doesn't care anyway. Anyway, read everything before you sign! read more

I purchased a Groupon for a chiropractic exam package with an hour long massage. I was excited about it from the moment that I purchased the Groupon - my shoulder bothers me a lot, and who doesn't love a massage, right? When I arrived for my consultation appointment on January 16th, the waiting area was packed. I found out that they only had one doctor on staff on Saturdays, but decided to book themselves this way anyway. The doctor I spoke to (I don't remember his name, taller gentleman with dark hair and facial hair) was very nice, if not rushed. He did the consult, x-rays and then had me hooked up to the electrical stimulation therapy. I made an appointment for the following Saturday for both my exam and my massage. January 23rd rolled around, and I was extremely excited. I had been talking about how much I had been looking forward to my appointment all week. I got to the office and was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't jam packed the way it had been the week before. But that was the only thing that was pleasant about this visit. I was taken back to an exam room and made to watch an indoctrination video about how important it was to set more appointments following today's. Now...I understand that some people just want to get their back cracked & don't understand that back pain can take work to solve. I am not under the impression that everyone makes good decisions regarding their health. However, starting off an appointment with the demand for more appointments didn't sit well with me. But whatever. When the doctor (different than the doctor I saw during my first visit) came in, he explained my x-rays, what his treatment plan would be, and said not to worry, that there are people in the financial department who would help me figure out the costs. The costs? Pretty relaxing thoughts. But I did want to get my pain level down, and at the time, was more than happy to entertain the thought of returning for multiple appointments. When he finally took me into another room for my chiropractic exam, he barely did anything. I'm obviously not a doctor myself, but I have been to chiropractors in the past. This was the most disappointing "exam" I've ever had. It was completely worthless. I could have cried. He rushed me out of the room, and had someone hook me up to the electrical stimulation therapy again. After my 8 minutes of ES therapy was finished, I was told that I was "all set," and that I should go up to the desk to schedule my next appointment. I went up to the desk to ask about the massage that I had scheduled following my exam. I was already extremely disappointed, but I figured the massage would mend things a bit. The receptionist could not care less about anything that I was saying about how I had scheduled the massage last week, and just told me to sit in the waiting room. After a few minutes, she got on the phone with whom I presumed to be a fellow employee, and was talking about how it was "awkward" that I was just sitting out in the waiting room. Nice. Long story short, I sat in the waiting room for over a half an hour, only to be told that they didn't have a massage therapist for me. I have so many issues with this. What happened to my appointment? Why did you wait 37 minutes to tell me? Why didn't anyone seem to care that my time was just completely wasted? A few days later, I got a call from the office to - surprise! - see if I would like to schedule another appointment. No follow-up about how they completely messed up, no questions when I said that I would not be returning. Excellent customer service, right? About a week later, I was at a local mall at which they have a kiosk set up to attract new clients. **All this office cares about is volume.** Their client care is awful, their staff is unhelpful and unapologetic, and they will do the absolute bare minimum in order to guarantee more appointments. I completely wasted my time and money with this place. If I ever see anyone wandering around the mall kiosk, I will be sure to tell them about my terrible experience, and give them my new chiropractor's phone number. read more

The doctors are nice. They know what they are doing. However I feel the staff is unprofessional. I shouldn't walk in and see them texting and singing to the music. Also it's almost like they don't read your chart. They don't make me feel comfortable. read more

This chiropractic clinic literally save me from having surgery, in two sessions. Literally, I was scheduled for surgery and then had to un-schedule it. They know what they are doing. I have been to a dozen chiropractors and most of them could not help me. At this place they are innovative and try new things, all of which I have found useful. Most chiropractors can not handle patients with cervical surgeries and they are only one in a dozen in the country who have several different types of extra equipment. When I started there they took pre and post x rays and showed me scientifically my measured improvement in only a few weeks. I would say clinically they are a 6 out of 5. I have gone to this practice for many years. I have never received a bill for extra radiology care. In fact, that part of a previous story makes me wonder if people are confused about the place as there is another Chiro next door? I do have a suggestion: although 99% of the time things go well, they should have an office manager or someone available on the spot to do nothing but take complaints and make lemon-aid out of lemons. read more

This place made me like doctors again. I was in so much pain when I started going and it was amazing when I could live a pain free life again. But I want to heavily compliment the staff. My life was a mess when I was going here, I'd cry all the time because I didn't have enough money for anything. They worked with me and it's the only reason I became pain free. Also there was a day I was really upset because I didn't think I'd have enough gas to get home and I'd have to be towed home because I literally didn't even have a dollar in my pocket. The woman at the desk have gave me 10$ so I could get home, and that also got me to work that night. I was so thankful. These people put up with a hot mess of a patient and in a very hard time in my life, gave me something to look forward to every week. I will recomend this place to anyone and everyone I meet. This was my first time receiving treatment from a chiropractor and none the less, Minorik chiropractic made me understand the value in seeking treatment for any kind of pain management. After being T-boned in my car accident, I had persistent pain in my neck and lower back. With regular visits and a treatment plan, my pain has been significantly more manageable. I highly recommend them, not only for back pain, but any kind of muscle pain.
