Then without any further diagnosis told me to lay down face down. I communicated my discomfort but it was ignored. I asked him to discuss the problem and strategy with me before making any adjustments, but he just started pushing me into positions anyway. The next two days my pain and stress increased dramatically and I was immobilized for a week until I could see a professional. To make things worse, he and half of his staff were not wearing masks, the nurses said "it's a personal choice" (despite it being the law in ohio) and "you don't want to talk about that here" quite dismissively. This poor experience, contrasted with the wonderful treatment and service I found elsewhere, proved to me that there is a wide spectrum of quality in chiropractic care, and to better vet people that claim to be doctors.

I did not get this voicemail or text until 30 minutes before my appt at 3pm, as I was already driving there. I arrived 10 minutes before the appt, and the place HAD NO ONE THERE. No one waiting, no one in muscle stim, nor pt. With an empty office, they should have accommodated the mistake in THEIR computer system. They should have suspended online scheduling since they KNEW it was a problem. So the receptionist offered me 2 choices for tomorrow during biz hours(closed at 300) or an appt 'next week'. So I've lost a whole day trying to get an appointment elsewhere, and since it's the weekend upcoming, I get to be in pain over 3 days because THEY double booked.
