Service from Jolie and Hailey were amazing! (Sorry Hailey if I'm misspelling your name.) I loved my experience coming into Cannabist, I felt welcome and had all of my questions answered with patience and care. The deals are really good too, which is just another reason why you should go here for most of your needs. Unfortunately I didn't like the taste of either of the 1G cartridges I purchased, they're kind of disgusting. I'm not picky at all, this is the first time I've ever tasted cartridges like this, I've tried most of the other dispensaries, the mix of terpenes tastes completely artificial and even plastic like. When I called to ask about exchanging them for a partial credit, Jack mentioned to me that they won't accept returns or exchanges except in the case of the cartridges malfunctioning. I don't think that policy is accommodating. I wouldn't have minded any percentage of credit, 10%, 5%, for product which was barely used and tastes gross. Now I've spent my allotment and my money on two cartridges which I can't vape. :( read more

Just left Cannabist with my husband and we will NEVER be going back. I specifically called yesterday and spoke to "manager Chris" to make sure everything was all set and we knew how much money to bring with us because it is an hour drive each way for us and we didn't want any surprises. Well we sure got surprised. But not in the good way. The one reason we came was for the smalls. We both ordered 5 to equal our 35 day allotted amount and I confirmed yesterday that we'd be using our second visit discount. Got here today and was informed that the items we ordered were the only things in the store that they DONT allow you to use your first or second discounts on. We both NEED our medicine, and had driven an hour to get there, we had to go ahead with the orders so between the two of us we had to pay litterally $400 extra. After being told we were all set the night before. Worst dispo trip EVER. Florida medical program is a joke. read more
