I was surprised the store wasn't on Yelp. I mentioned that to the sales person and she seemed unconcerned. Ah well. I told her that I'd create the Yelp page as I can't imagine they wouldn't welcome more business. ??!! The store is located in the typical quaint Aventura strip of stores. Upon walking in, I liked it immediately. It smelled great and was merchandised in a way that was inviting and even sort of calming. The store sells cute active wear and workout gear. Think...lululemon and Peace Love World got married and had a baby--the baby is Restless Soul. The vibe is very NY/LA/Miami hottie moms who don't mind spending a bit too much on a slouchy Flashdance off the shoulder top. Which this NYC single girl has all of a sudden morphed into!!! All of a sudden I live on South Beach, I'm coupled, have a baby, workout in hot mama gear and shop at Restless Soul and buy pricey tank tops!!! The store has great tanks, jersey knit tops and capris, sweet leggings that will take you from your Flywheel class to chilling at Panther after. That kind of gear. There was also a collection of great trendy bracelets, necklaces, etc. There were a substantial amount of items on a sale rack, all great stuff as well. Now, the salesperson was initially very friendly and helpful. I wasn't having the greatest day and ultimately didn't find anything I wanted. She was clearly annoyed that I'd walked around the store and was leaving empty handed. Uncool, girlee. That said, she did invite me back, and I will return. For some hot mama tanks.

You are greeted from someone behind the counter, who doesn't even have the courtesy to come out from behind the counter and her coworker. And asks a question "What are you looking for?" If I knew what I was looking for it wouldn't be called shopping. At least she didn't ask a question that would elicit a "No" response. This was yesterday in Bal Harbour. Btw they let you try on. Most stores do not during te pandemic and I am not sure its a mandate. When I took the top home, I was going to wash it first. Looked at the washing instructions and it says Dry Clean only, or hand wash. A $59 top. No thank you. Today I brought it back to their store in Aventura. The same salesperson was there. I told her I needed to return the top because you can't wash it. (Another brilliant question) "What do you mean?" I did say "Which part of "you can't wash it" didn't you understand?" So she glared at me and read the instructions. Yup, dry clean only. So I looked around as I would like to buy something else. There was nothing else that caught my eye. She tells me they will leave it on my account for when I come in again. I told her I wanted it credited to my Amex. She told me their policy is store credit. I told her that it wasn't what I wanted and furthermore, there is nothing that says that on their receipt, no sign in the stores that say that. Oh she said I thought I mentioned that yesterday. No you did not. I reiterated that I wanted a refund. She said she would have to ask her manager. I told her please get the manager, she told me she was gone. So I left the item there, and told her Amex will refund it. She shrugged her shoulders and I left. As I am starting my car I see the owner leave the store! The little witch lied. Just to make it more inconvenient for me. For shopper's info: if policies are not on receipt and there are no signs in clear view in a store. They cannot just "tell you". Old saying, "You can fool some of the people some of the time, but not all of the people all of the time". Clearly.

Finally one day, that special came! We were so excited, he had really wanted these shoes for so long. They have a nice selection of classy shoes, they also have some that are a bit more trendy. Now I must say that the service proved was very good, and the cashier gave us tips on care of the shoes (that even on sale were not cheap - but that is Florsheim quality you are paying for), a couple of extra things and was super attentive. I started coming to the weekly Wednesday Run Club they sponsor back in January of last year, and have improved my pace from a 14 minute mile down to 10:36 yesterday. That's basically running a mile 4 minutes faster! Coach Lara organizes the group into three groups: walking, slower and faster (ie marathon level) runners. Along with a great crew of pacers who help guide the group, this makes for a fun and healthy Wednesday nights. They sometimes have giveaways / raffles of shoes and other sports gear. The run itself is free. Since it is at a store and sponsored by a major sporting goods brand, I have bought gear there, including a couple of T-shirts and a set of Nike Invincibles which are better for running than the cross training shoes I used to wear. The rest of the store staff is friendly and not pushy to buy stuff but we're available in recommending these shoes and helping me get fitted.

Not really the place to go for sneakers for the ladies, but guys have a decent selection. Shop is located right on Lincoln Road. Overall very pleasant shopping experience and got exactly what I wanted and felt I got a good overview of different styles so felt better about making the decision!

The poor girls at the attire was so hot, and even then trying to maintain a good appearance for their clients. Miami is almost 110 degrees on a summer morning... that is not even humane.. it doesn't take 3 weeks to have an A/C fixed. Second of all, I bought a pair of shoes for $60 which I happened to like a lot. I have an office job 9-5 no activity nothing big... coffee spilled on the left shoes I said ok let me clean it .... NOPE the shoe literally melted OFF. Which is crazy. So I went to the store tried to have them help me since I had only bought them for a week??? which by the way I not only got ONE pair I bought 4 pairs from this store. And I usually always do when I shop there. The cashier for the day was very understanding and helpful she got her manager on the phone. But The manager who attended me was SO rude. So not understanding and careless about her business. She was NO help, so I said whatever I will just buy another pair. dumb me, a week in, in my office, I was simply walking to my desk and my shoe twisted off, and the whole right side broke off ???? There was a large selection of shoes and accessories all at very reasonable prices. She found one pair of shoes but I lucked into hats. This is my new obsession and I got 2. Yay me! All of these new gems were less than $30. I am now looking for more locations of this store to see if there is more to chose from. At $4 per hat, I'm ready to build my collect.
