They will nag you to death; doesn't matter if you're dropping the kids off, trying to get to work, etc. They sent six texts, two emails, and two phone calls an hour and a half. We're all busy, but they still insist you do their bidding / fill in forms on your phone /show up early and then wait, etc. And you can't get information about your co-pay until you've gone through thier lengthy process. (Why not ask for the insurance card first, check it, and verify the co-pay rather than wasting everybody's time?) 4. Once there, the check in process is even more "you will do what we tell you to," and if you haven't registered on your phone by now, you are told to fill in a form on a tablet which includes biometrics, which are all about a much heavier level of tracking. I refused and walked out... 5. ... after which they continued to chase me down by phone. What part of "NO" do you not understand? Because you clearly don't understand the difference between customer service and servitude by the customer. Horrible.
