If you have other options TAKE them. Don't come to this place. unleas you have a formal appointment…read more( which primary h provider does) came to this office first time in the morning, no one in the room yet turned me away bc no appointment. They offer service with no fast attendance warranty. Staff wasn't very accommodating. More concerned with health coverage ins. with sarcastic inclined rather than attention of child's wellbeing. Sadly won't be consider this as a urgent care facility as we did in the past. Pleas DON'T advertise you selves as urgent care.. you are not..

Took my 3 year old in last minute (had to call to make the appt. and they were able to get me in)…read morefor a suspected ear infection and fever. Although her fever had gone down, when a toddler says their ear hurts it usually means one thing. Like others said, they "office" was just in the hallway next to a reception desk on a chair. I understand it is covid, but crammed in a hallway on an unsanitzed chair doesn't seem to help anything. Not sure if they even have an actual office. Again like others said, feels scammy with the way they do payments. They accepted our insurance but required a credit card because "otherwise no one would pay" - which is odd since I always get a bill after the fact from other doctors, hospitals, legitimate places of business. THEN I can provide payment information. Anyway, because it was for my toddler I gave my HSA information. Turns out no ear infection, but had us do a covid test just in case. Fine. Got an email receipt for $325 (no breakdown or explanation, just the "visit" for that amount). We were there for less than 10 minutes. My insurance company sent me a breakdown of what they tried to charge, $200 of it was the office fee. Then $125 for "surgery." I really would love to know what surgery was performed... my gut is saying they coded the covid test as this to get away with charging for it. I've been trying to call for over a month. Yes, a month. No one answers, their automated message goes in circles. When you click the number to leave a message it is another auto message and then hangs up. Doesn't even give you that option. Not sure what they are trying to pull here, but I will never take my family here again.
