Smart Lock decided it was too hot tonight to unlock my door - called James and he was at our house in less than 15 minutes. Unfortunately it's a bump resistant lock, so James had to drill it out! First one I called sounded sketchy and said they charge a $29 service fee off the bar but had to call me back to even tell me how much just to open the room door.
