Great service and great people at a reasonable cost. They do great work and cost way less than others.

We searched a few printers in the area and decided to give To A Tee a try as they had decent…read morereviews on google. I went into the physical store mid-July 2019 to speak with them about our order. I mentioned we had been behind on our shirt stock and just wanted these shirts as soon as possible. He said it should take no longer than a few days. I brought in 2 shirts with me as examples - both for style and color. I mentioned that I liked the color, but did not want the brand used because they ran so tight. The owner said his office person was out the next day, and that I would hear from her after that with details on our order. 3-4 days later, I heard from his employee. She was very short and provided no detail on price - and when asked said that she couldn't quote that yet... I provided her my information, even though I had already given it to the owner. I provided the information in chart form so it would be extremely easy to read. I still received trailed emails from her asking "how many" or "what color for mens" even though mens and womens were to be the same and all of that information was provided originally. Throughout the next 2 weeks I received more trailed emails. I had assumed they had AT LEAST ordered the blank t-shirts to be printed, but then I would receive an email asking about style. There are about 35-40 emails in total for a simple, simple order in which each shirt had the exact same print and style, just different sizes. Every email is from the same office girl I originally spoke with, Barbara Young. On August 5th I noticed another email from them, and I was hoping it would be telling me to come pickup my order. No, it was another question "are the men's a vneck as well?". This was described two weeks prior. And I was so confused as to why the shirts had not even been ordered yet at this point - 2 weeks after I was quoted a 3 day turn around - the shirts weren't even close to ordered, let alone printed. On August 7th, I finally saw my invoice for the first time. And the shirts had not even come in yet. I responded that I'd bring a check in the second they were complete. A couple of days later, I received an email that the shirts were done, so I went straight in - eager to pick them up. When I arrived it took about 10 minutes for anyone to greet me. Then, I was shown my order. The shirts were the same exact brand I had brought in and told them I did not want. Also, the logo on the left breast spot was extremely low. It hit me below the breast, right above the stomach. I mentioned the problem with the logo placement. She did not say a word to me and turned around to grab the owner. He came in and although he would not make eye contact with me, he said he "guessed" he could reprint. But wanted me to take a couple to my boss to try on. I took 2 shirts with me and my boss was appalled. We called back and asked to have them reprinted. They did reprint and said I could pickup a certain day. That day was today. I went in this afternoon and asked for the order. The owner stated that it wasn't complete and asked if I could wait for them to print them - they hadn't even started. I did wait - as to not waste any more gas than I already had. When I went back in, the same office girl threw the box on the counter and didn't say a word to me. Eventually, I assumed she was waiting on me to check them, so I reached in the box. The shirts were the same brand we asked not to have, but the logo was correct this time. I asked if the owner had written off any sort of discount. She responded "Excuse me? Why would we give you a discount when we had to re-order these shirts?" I was stunned. I explained that I understood, but it was because of a printing error, and that on our part we were frustrated as customers. She was silent. I wrote the check and she grabbed it and walked away to the back. I took my shirts and left. To say this entire process was a struggle and a hassle would be an extreme understatement. We will definitely never revisit this establishment.

Working with To A Tee couldn't have been easier! We had a ton of questions and Margie was able to…read moreanswer every single question we had very quickly. The quotes were competitive and our products were available on their promised dates. We had some art work that needed to be done and the logos looked better than we imagined they would. The staff is friendly and ordering and picking up your order is a seamless process. Shop local and you won't be sorry you did with To A Tee!
