Luckily they were beyond excellent!!! I submitted my file to be printed in the early afternoon, and the poster was completed by the late evening, and delivered to the place I was staying. Unfortunately, I had fallen asleep, and I missed the delivery person. When I woke up an hour later and realized what had happened, I called and the person I spoke with was very helpful and understanding. They called a taxi and were able to get it back to me within 20 minutes. The price was also quite reasonable, comparable to the subsidized rush printing service offered at my university. I would absolutely recommend them, and would unquestionably make use of their services again if I ever needed them.

They…read moresomehow managed to screw up the sample and even after doing a bunch of legwork to find an appropriate material, we called back and said we had found and sourced the material needed and nobody ever called us back in any way shape or form stopped returning emails , so we went with a different company in Surrey that provided a sample in 48 hours as well as actual customer service answered our questions and was able to source the same material that we had found through their channel at a better price I personally don't know how this company still in business 2 separate friends have both said the exact same thing about them ..and lack of customer service etc....

There is another competitor out there, however, I personally like them 'cause when I had to do the shop ordering at my last employment they got back to me right away and they solved some discrepancies for me. I was doing book keeping for a company who lost most of their paperwork and they were more than willing to help me find some past invoices that was in their system. They're a busy company but they went above and beyond, more than any other company would've to help me out of a situation. Prices have always been fair and delivery timely.
