They installed solar panels on their roofs and now water and melted snow leaks in and ruins everything you have in there and when you approach them as they guaranteed safe, dry and clean...they basically tell you to go f*** yourself and call your renters insurance. My renters insurance supposedly called them and the lied to them as well. I had to replace thousands of dollars worth of furniture because of this pile of shit venue. Didn't even offer to render assistance with disposal. During the government shut down, they offered zero assistance, in fact didn't even return my phone calls or e-mails. One gentleman was given a storage unit and the staff inadvertently gave him the wrong unit, in lieu of waiting for him to return their call they cut the lock off and rummaged through his belongings. In the winter they piled all the snow in front of my unit, they leave shovels out by the office...fend for yourself. Absolutely not worth the pain, money and bs here.

I called back so I could ask to speak to someone else she said " No. I'm the manager and that's all you need to know." I had to call a diffent store to get my concerns sent to their corporate office. Even then, Kevin at the Mashpee office kept arguing with me about how I had no legal rights. I tried to explain to him that it was beside the point, I was trying to get the current ongoing issues dealt with seeing that I still had belongings in the storage unit and was obligated to pay rent until I could return and retrieve the rest of my urine soaked things. He couldn't grasp that and kept rambling on about how uhaul customers didn't get compensation during Katrina, then he told me I was interrupting him. At least he offered to forward my email to this elusive "corporate." My advice AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE BECAUSE YOU JUST MAY GET THE PLAGUE IF YOU STORE HERE!!!!
