While I requested to reschedule it to day before because of heavy storm , they denied my request and forced me to come just at the date of appointment . While I was driving, I got a phone call from them saying that they had outage and they can't serve me. I mentioned it to them and if they could have listened to me and change the appointment to day before , I would have time myself to do my own business. And I asked the manager to call me and when she called I asked I will record it because I use caption and she said she doesn't consent to recording and hang up and called police and they kicked me out. No respect and no feeling. It is real sad to say that I hated this service and it would be my last time at this location. The one on Evanston was very nice and respectful. Contacted their office and was told billing would contact me later that week. 6 months later got a second bill. I will spare you the rest but the short version is 2 years + after the exam North Side has recieved payments from Medicare, me, and from my insurance carrier. I shoud have recieved a refund from North Side because I paid a balance that my insurance company covered. I don't expect a refund but do expect to receive another bogus bill in a few months.
