Their website reflected a fairly large experienced staff. The office staff are pleasant, and they have the option to provide your history via a portal or complete it in the office. If not doing the portal, they recommend you come early to your appointment. The registration of your medical history is a little long going through your family history, on eating / drinking habits and medications. Next, the hearing test with the audiologist where there is a look at ear drums, testing the left/ right ear for various sound pitches, and if you can hear/ repeat certain words. The audiologist Jane was very kind and personable. After the hearing test, you go back out to wait to see another person I think ot is the physian assistant so I waited in a very bright room so I was glad I had my sunglasses. I encouraged the hubby to go as well and were able to have our physician visit together. All is well with some slight precautions and we go back next year! So overall a good experience.

I asked the front desk how the doctor could be so backed up in the first hour of opening that the 9:15 person is still waiting. Side note - there was another person who checked in after me who also said they had a 9:30 appt with the same doctor. I had a long wait a few months ago as well, but let it go as these things happen. Either they don't know what they're doing, or they're double-booking patients, knowingly causing major delays. I will not be a returning patient.

They were unprofessional and very unreasonable. It was a rainy day and there was heavy traffic. I got to my appointment about 6 minutes late. I took time off of work for this appointment. When I came in, I filled out paperwork and gave my insurance card and was told to have a seat. After about 10 minutes the receptionist comes to me and tells me I was 15 minutes late and I need to reschedule the appointment. I tried to reason with her and tell her I had already taken time off work and I was willing to wait. She went to speak with the doctor who was at the front office and she too said I needed to reschedule. I found this to be unprofessional and unreasonable. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone.

I visited his office on Michigan St. recently (7/3/17) for issues with my vocal stamina as well as recurring headaches. When I arrived, I had come unprepared as I had left information they had requested at home. (Derp.) The wonderful lady at the front desk was very polite with me and made phone calls to gather the information. I can only imagine how annoying people like myself must be when they forget EVERYTHING, however, she never blinked and eye and I was back to see Dr. Lehman in no time. The nurse who assisted with Dr. Lehman was extremely nice as was the doctor. I felt like they both listened to my issues and asked detailed questions. I was also very impressed with the questions about my recurring headaches. I have spoken with two other doctors prior who brushed these weekly episodes off as allergies/sinus issues. Luckily, Dr. Lehman ordered a CT scan of the area the headaches keep affecting so we can see what is going on inside this head of mine. Someone took me seriously! Thank you! Seriously, thank YOU. As with the vocal issues, I was sent to see a vocal therapist in the building during the same appointment who did a scope and found my problem which is a polyp. Again, wow! One appointment and I know why my voice is strained. I love it! He even showed me a few techniques to utilize in order to help this issue as it heals. I have a couple of follow up appointments with Dr. Lehman and his staff in the coming months and I'm happy to go. Yes, HAPPY to go. My grandma (who is italian) asked me to find a specialist in the US to help with her hearing loss. She had spent thousands on hearing aids back home and they did not help. I found this place, called and Laura was extremely kind and scheduled an appt for us. My grandmother is 86, cannot hear and doesn't speak english. We arrived on time and patiently waited for over an hour for Dr. Taylor. When we were finally called in, immediately I explained to him she didn't speak english, and so I'd have to translate everything. I won't go into details, but he was one of the rudest, most obnoxious, least patient people I've ever met. His tone and attitude indicated either extreme bad mood or simply an issue with his temperament. He was rushing us, wouldn't allow me to explain to my grandmother what was happening. He became especially rude when we told him she wasn't dropping $4000 for a hearing aid until we made sure it was working and she could hear. He wasn't having it... After he yelled at grandma for the 3rd time because she wasn't following his instructions, I had had enough, so we got up and walked out. It was beyond upsetting to see how he was treating my grandma. Unacceptable. To make a long story short(er), we eventually went back in a few days later after Laura (who is a sweetheart) reached out to us and apologized profoundly. Since this was about helping my grandma, I put my frustration with his behavior behind. He apologized immensely when we arrived, but quickly his temper and rude behavior came back; it's astonishing that someone who works with elders could be so short-tempered and rude. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. They have other "branches", choose another one. In the end though, my grandma purchased hearing aids, and has been living happy, able to hear again. They were definitely getting less and less frequent. Now after two months going through the sessions with these very knowledgeable therapists, I am not having these episodes at all. What a relief it is. The therapy really does work! Everyone of the staff who I had the privilege of working with through my problems was wonderful. They were personable and would explain every step of the sessions to me. I cannot thank these folks enough for giving me back my stability and confidence.
