There are several offices but the only one I attended was Grove City. I set up a hearing exam but was told I also had to be seen by the ENT first. Therefore there would be 2 separate bills. Ok sure. I had a very thorough audiology test with Jessica who did a great job and showed me my results of my hearing loss. Then I saw the ENT dr who really didn't do anything just asked me if I had any questions. 2 hrs They then asked me if I would be interested in another appointment to explain the types and cost of Phonak hearing aids. So, made another appointment with Jessica for 2 weeks. On that appointment I chose the Phonak aids that were $4100 and signed all the paperwork they put in front of you. I knew there would be my deductible and co pay to consider but never dreamed that my 'in network' insurance benefit of $2000 would somehow only pay about 860. I ended up paying over $3100! Of course I call the office to be rudely told 'yes we are in network but you signed a paper that you would pay anything the insurance didn't'. Really?? What is the point of In Network then??? Yes I thought when I signed it that it meant any deductible and co insurance--not some inflated price that was the same as out of network! I told her I was going to investigate further with my insurance. My insurance called their office and she hung up on them! I know customer service is at an all time low but that is inexcusable. Not only did I get screwed by HHS but somehow BCBS uses different math than what I was taught! I have nothing bad to say about the hearing aids-they actually are pretty good- and Jessica was great. But the rest of the experience at that office or whatever office answers billing questions no thanks!

I had a lengthy cancer surgery to my right jaw area and never developed an infection. I especially appreciated the minimal scarring to my face, in that Dr. Agrawal used plastic surgery when closing my incisions. Follow-up care is efficient and informative as all questions are answered. Dr. Agrawal's staff make themselves available to answer any questions you may have post surgery. Five stars and a big thank you for Dr. A. and his entire team.

She…read morehas dementia but Karyn has always been able to help us especially when a caregiver breaks the tubing. I can stop by and get it fixed usually right away. I would highly recommend them as they are honest and efficient.
