I was having an urgent medical issue, and he made time to work me into his schedule as a first time patient to try to see if he could assist. He listened and offered great suggestions. He also connected with another specialist to see if they could also try to help and followed up with me. This was over and beyond anything I anticipated, and certainly not anything he was obligated to do. I was very grateful for the time he made to see me and the effort he put forth to try to help me feel better. It was a welcomed switch from the hurried office visits you can sometimes experience with other providers these days. I would definitely recommend Dr. Phillips and the South Lake Hearing and Tinnitus Center!

I came to see Dr. Eileen Clark because I was having throbbing ear pain and needed someone to take a…read morelook. The next doctor's appointment from my PCP was over 3 weeks away. Dr. Clark was able to see me that day, and very quickly identified an ear infection, as well as a near complete loss of function in the affected ear due to swelling. She gave me a complete write-up and sent it to my PCP who was able to look at the data and get me in that same day for antibiotics. Thank God I was able to see Dr. Clark! She correctly diagnosed my symptoms and helped me get the treatment I needed fast. I would 100% recommend!

She cleaned and repaired them in about 15 minutes, and my mom could hear again almost immediately. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, pleasant, and genuinely helpful. The manager even went above and beyond by giving me phone numbers for medical transportation options since my mom is no longer driving. I apologize for not remembering everyone"s names Knowing this is a nonprofit organization that has been serving the community since 1967 makes the experience even more meaningful. We were so thankful for the prompt care, compassion, and professionalism shown to us when we truly needed it. I am incredibly appreciative and highly recommend them. I greatly appreciate the respect this establishment has for their patients time. The physicians and staff here are thoroughly friendly, professional and top notch! I like the automated call the day prior to your scheduled visit to remind you of your appointment. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that the bathrooms are "pristine." They even have little touches like electric outlet, covers to protect any little ones who may be there. Looking out for the kids. I love that! Some of the offices have water coolers. It is basic hospitality to offer a cold drink of water on a hot day. Today was one of those dog days of summer when a drink of water would have been nice. Every thing else is copacetic so being thirsty is a small price to pay.
