We waited 40 minutes and the load was wet and cold. Guess we are too stupid to use it? After 6 years of using this location. One visit was quite busy and 8 dryers were full and done, all with drop-off tickets taped to the door. I had to get the manager's attention (Alice) as customers couldn't use the machines. She was in the room, doing something on her phone. We were there 45 minutes and the full (and dry) drop-off loads just sat there throughout. No apology... instead she acted as if i was bothering her. They have about four laundry baskets so it's easy to roll wet laundry to the dryers. I've been here about five times and it's always clean and tidy. There are never very many people here at once so that's nice. They have three big industrial sized washers which can hold 6 and 4 loads which is really nice. An average place.
