The next day the delivery person called to schedule delivery and installation. He (Mark?) was very professional and picked up our old washer/dryer and did a great job with installation. The lady that helped me on the phone was very cordial and helpful but when I called the second time a man named Eldon answered and left me on hold for 15 mins. So I drove to there location and was still on hold when I walked in the door I let them know I was still on hold and he rudely responded to me no you hung up on me. Another man had actually answered the phone and asked me what he could help me with and I let him know I was already being helped by Eldon so he put me back on hold. Very dissapointed as I am a local and have lived here in Amarillo for over 35 years and I was told that super appliance was a local family owned business. So now I actually need to buy a dryer.
