A Scam! A Mickey Mouse Operation unlike the one we are more accustomed to in FL. These people first make you pay for your appointment up front. I get it. People are flaky and it's Miami to top things off. What I didn't expect is that twice on two separate occasions they would stand me up. The first one was last minute and while I was driving up from the Keys to their offices, but at least they called. Today took the cake as after a million appointment reminders I show up for my appointment and there is no doctor available to see me. Never mind that I got ready and wasted 30 minutes one way to get there. All in all time is incredibly valuable and at a premium. I would suggest to anyone to go ahead and pay a little more elsewhere. I have been a Miracle leaf customer for about 2.5 years now and I have to say starting off it was rough! At first it was very hard to get in contact with the corporation or sometimes follow up with promotions that were offered for first time patients & renewal patients! I felt as if I was getting forgotten about time and time again until I got in contact with Mckenzie at the Wynwood location! Mckenzie was a breath of Fresh Air! She went out of her way to contact corporate and reach out to the doctors to squeeze me in for an appointment! She Also helped me understand the benefits of the services and options offered that would best help my conditions. This company is NOT a Doctor's Office. This is a Call Center at best. They will make you schedule an appointment anywhere between 3-11 days out from when you call because they DO NOT have any doctors on site. These people have a horrible product and will not back it up. Granted it is covid and of course you're not going to open a bottle and give it back but after three phone calls and numerous times getting hung up on I've given up on them. Two times they were going to contact me and no one ever called. I bought the full spectrum neon bears and they are absolutely worthless. This means that you need to pay at least 2 hours for parking more. A doctor who is over 80 years old takes patients, works very slowly, too many stupid non- professional questions. I used to be a patient in Colorado for 3 yrs and then I stopped for about 9 months cuz I was pregnant & I moved back to Miami during this time as soon as I had the baby I made my appt! This was the 1st time I got my license here in FL & I went through miracle leaf (by FIU); I met the doc there for the 1st time & He was nice so I was going to continue going to them bc I don't like doctor hopping! Then when the edibles were coming out I had just recently seen doc & renewed my license & then about a month or so later the edibles came out (while at dispensary I asked what I had to do to get edibles they told me it was super simple just to reach out to my doc & they would be able to add edibles to my script & thats it!) So that's when I began to reach out to miracle leaf 1st the secretary to see if she could speak to doc or if I could speak with him, Skype, FaceTime, or anything (bc covid was starting & we were supposed to be sheltered at home plus I have a genetic condition (I am a high risk pt & I'm more prone for catching any diseases bc my immune system is weak); I explained all this to her & how I was told to contact them just for adding the edibles! I must've spoken to her a million times (btw she always had an attitude so then I requested to speak to manager but that did not go any better); ALL I was asking the manager was to contact my doc or whoever was covering him to see how we can add edibles to my script! I did this for weeks maybe over a month & all they did was give me the run around & so many different excuses on why I couldn't speak to my doc that I lost track of all of the different stories some were (doc was sick in hospital; then as I continued to call; he was still sick & In hospital; after 1 month or so of this back & forth; they told me he was working again but at another location super far so I had to go there;obviously I tried contacting that location to talk to my doc when I called they didn't know him i was told that my he never worked in that office, thankfully the manager there at that location told me he was knew my doc & was going to try to reach out to him via his cell or through other staff to see if he could help me out but even though he was the only 1 willing, offering me help he never came thru for me;(so they totally lied to me & it's not all the secretary bc shes just doing what she's told from management & they were in on the lies too bc I heard the same exact stories from them too); then I called one day asking about my doctor & all of a sudden he didn't work there anymore)! I can't even tell U all or how many different versions of excuses they gave me regarding my doc!!! BOTTOM LINE ALL THEY WANTED WAS $$ they wanted me to make new appt, see another new doc, start from scratch, pay full fee again for the consultation & script etc (even though I had referred ppl); then every-time I asked about prices or discount since it wasn't a full consultation they said they couldn't offer me any discounts or specials bc I was going to be seeing another doc (like it was my fault my doc was sick, or didn't work there anymore)! I was super upset, frustrated, angry to say the least! If my doc had been out sick I'm sure some other doc is covering his PTS;(I've worked in med offices most my life & docs don't just leave their pts w/no backup doc to cover their pts!) Still their responses always were the same they all kept telling me that they couldn't do anything & they All consistently had an attitude & instead of working with me they kept being super rude! I was frustrated, defeated & in need of my meds I gave in made an appt to go in person & pay full price! (Just add the edibles period everything else was up to date)! I had already been their patient for about 2 yrs prior to this happening which obviously they didn't care & continued to refuse to help me! OMG THE SECRETARY WAS EVEN MORE RUDE AFTER THAT & THE MANAGER THREATENED THAT MY MEDICAL LICENSE WAS GOING TO BE REVOKED BC I WAS DR SHOPPING OE HOPPING!!! For real??? I tried by all means to solve my problem through them & they wouldn't work with me & then I finally find a doc highly recommended & willing to help me and he couldn't help me until miracle leaf unlocked my mmj portal during that conversation with manager I can't even remember what was said but it was soooo rude & disrespectful but I was sooooo insulted by the way they spoke to me and treated me especially while I'm trying to get my medicine that I need for chronic pain!!! Finally I was able to be free of miracle leaf & my new doc was able to recommend the edibles and add to my registry his secretary & him were both amazing & as soon as I contacted them I was able to schedule my appt & solve my problem and began receiving my edibles! Finally received my MMJ card. The doctor had originally put only oral, when I have a stomach condition and oral meds will aggravate it. Asked for all methods of intake. Flower was illegally not allowed in Florida until March 13 2019. MIracle Leaf now expects another $100 on top of the initial $300 fee and $150 prescription fee. I got my card here and later was told by friends who got cards elsewhere that I drastically overpaid. Like a $250 mark up. I also bought CBD cartrdiges that were defective and had to jump through so many hoops. One lady told me she didnt want to deal with this and to just recharge the battery. The battery worked fine with my own cartridges. I went to another location where the person in front tried to be helpful but the owner from behind a wall told him I had no recourse and to just keep trying to get them to work until finally agreeing to refund my money but now without yelling from his office "give him his money and tell him to get the fuck out of here." I didn't realize those dealing in medical marijuana cards and CBD products would act like thug drug dealers on the street. Disgusting experience. Go elsewhere. read more

First and foremost do not trust these 5 star reviews.. you will be told they will give you a discount for a good review so more than half of these are bogus. My first visit to the "clinic" was awful, no doctors available even though I had just called and was told I could walk in and get seen.They conviently offered to charge me even though I wasn't seen to "speed" up the process 300 normally but 280 if I gave them a good review... I mistakenly took this offer and decided to come the next day. The next day I come and the place is closed. I get the hours and I'm within the time frame so I call no answer, have lunch wait an hour or so and call again nothing. Come Monday I go over and speak to the gentleman at the desk Ariel, I explain the whole delima and what I've been through to get to get to apply. He explains how I should not have been charged yet and that "they would need to speak to the mysterious person" that charged me because this wasn't supposed to happen like that. At this point I get to "apply" which they take me to a room in the back and put me on basically what is a Skype Chat with a "Doctor". After maybe waiting 30 minutes Ariel comes back in asking if I had spoken to a doctor.. no, he gets on the computer and logs on and off several times and gives someone a call. Then a while later a gentlemen gets on the video chat. He asks maybe two or three questions about my condition. The at which point he tells me that he will be submitting the application. Then I was informed that I had to pay 70 for filing. We are at $350 if you are keeping track. They tell I have to wait 5-7 business days to get an approval email. Approval email arrives, I head over to miracle leaf to get my prescription so I can get my medication. Ariel is at the front, i tell him I got approved that I need to now get my prescription. He informs me that the doctors are only in 9-5 again this isn't what they tell you if you call, at this point he asks me if I want to pay the 300 again.. I remind him of my case that I was prematurely charged and so on and so forth. At this point Informs me that I got a good discount, that the lady must have liked me. He then tells me well you can come tomorrow and come get the prescription we can just give your info to the doctor.. but they would still need to charge me another 70 for the prescription. At this point it seems they want to charge you more than they actually want to help. This screams scam like nothing else. So I tell them I want my money back for the 280 until I see a doctor. They tell me it's non refundable charge. How convenient.. so I charged them back with Chase for not providing the services I paid for, if you have been scammed by them make sure to report them to your provider so that they will loose the ability to charge cards. Had to change my review for this place. Attention was great but the actual product is not good and I would not recommend anyone to buy from this place. I have tried different brands and different concentrations of CBD full spectrum in coconut oil, the one thing they all shared: a clear gold color and a distinct taste that's stronger the more concentrated the liquid is. The CBD from this place (full spectrum 500mg) is a complete clear color, with no taste whatsoever similar to what CBD tastes like. The effect is also not what I would expect, this seems to me like I'm taking liquid melatonin, and I believe it's a rip off. I used the product several times, to give it a fair chance, kept telling myself I must be wrong, but nope, I don't know what this is but it is not CBD as advertised and sold. The Doctor (Dr. Louisville) consulted me via Teleconference (video conference) while he was bouncing around in a bus. Yes, he was on a bus, like a Greyhound bus. He couldn't hear me, I couldn't hear him. It was bizarre. There was nothing about this that was professional; it was actually pretty insulting. I asked the 'manager' about how this would affect workmans comp and he beat around the bush for a minute and just started talking to other people, never got my answer. They told me I would be able to go to the dispensary as soon as I got my card, finally got my card and the dispensary told me I have to go back to Miracle Leaf for a prescription (even tho the doctor prescribed me 250thc/250cbd tincture, vape, and capsules). The doctor was the only one who seemed professional. They offered me 0.5% thc herbs, and when I asked if the dispensary had a higher thc content they didn't know. Charged me 300 to see the doc, did a little research after and everywhere else seemed to have a lower price. If you don't care to know specifically what you're getting into and you just want a 'cool' person to talk you into buying your medical card, this is the place to go. Utterly terrible experience here. Miracle Leaf by far was the most unprofessional and unhelpful "medical facility" (if you can even call it that) I have ever visited at this point in my life. I started My Medical Marijuana Application at Miracle Leaf 07/05/18. As soon as I walk in I have some supposed ex-employee from Surterra (A FL dispensary) telling me a plethora of miss information regarding dosing and length of dose recommendations. When I finally am taken to "see" "Dr. Tommy Louisville," I am in utter shock to find out that this supposed doctor is not physically present at the office and calls from the comfort of his home from his computer or even front facing camera off his cell phone. In the first "Consultation" he barely spoke one word as I explained my condition (pes planus AKA Flat feet) in detail and why cannabis is the only medication that helps me with my daily pain for over five minutes straight. He simply gave me my patient number and hung up the video call as soon as my OMMMU (Office of medical marijuana use of Florida) sent me the login into the state registry. When I returned for the follow-up appointment to receive my dosage 08/02/18, two weeks after my state approval as I do not live in Miami Currently, I am met with total ignorance and rudeness by "Dr. Tommy Louisville." Again I explain my condition and how and why it causes chronic pain. I then go on to emphasize that I am fairly experienced with cannabis and that I will most definitely need the max 14,000 mg dose per all three routes of administration (Inhalation, Oral, Topical). He then treats me as if I know nothing about the MMJ program of Florida and goes on to say "What do you mean by high tolerance?... Are you using recreationally and how much?" This statement alone made me enraged which responded: " I use about 2-3 grams of THC concentrates a week strictly for medicinal use." Not only was he doubting the validity of my condition, he was also intentionally trying to limit my access to cannabis to make it seem as if he is a caring doctor who only wishes to "help" his patents by protecting them from medicine. After our rather heated interaction, he only assigns me 7000mg inhalation and 1750mg of topical. Not only is this absurdly low for someone of my tolerance and pain level, but he deliberately left oral for no apparent reason. Today I have switched to MMTC (Medical Marijuana Centers Of Florida)(https://mmtcfl.com/) for $49 (transfer fee) received the MAX DOSE ACROSS ALL THREE CATEGORIES. PLEASE FIND A REPUTABLE DOCTOR THAT WILL NOT CHARGE YOU FOR YOUR FIRST DOSE, WHO ALSO CHARGES YOU $70 PER 70 DAYS WHEN THE AVERAGE PRICE IS SUPPOSED TO BE $70-200 EVERY 210 DAYS.
