Miracle leaf didn't have any reviews but it was the first place I saw (who doesn't like to be the first to review a business?). I called and made an appointment. It costs $199 to miracle leaf + $75 to the state of Florida. You can apply as a seasonal resident with out of state license, a bank or utility statement, and a letter from your landlord. Or you can apply as a Florida resident. But be mindful which you choose because the certifying dispensary has to change this designation or the state of Florida will keep rejecting the application without giving you exact details (will just say missing verification docs and just reject you, you can reply to these emails I found or just call the state of Florida at 800-808-9580).
