A 6" bubbly eventually pop'd and turned into a hole at the bottom center of the tub. My review is not so much of the poor the installation yet of the fact that after 4 phone calls and 8 weeks of waiting for a call returned, still nothing. I would have gladly paid these people to return and fix the tub yet ended up buying a kit online and doing it myself. Do not use these people, they do not stand by their work. The installer was poorly equipped, had a child with him under the age of 12 and he made him sit in his truck the entire time and the installer was not an employee yet a subcontracted person with his own vehicle, which was barely roadworthy..
