July 26, 2018 to present, probably until September 26, maybe October 26: Site 54 $375+ electric:…read moreRoads paved, concrete patios on most sites, but short term is all gravel, our landing gear is set up is on gravel, 1-2 inch rock. Our site is at the edge of the road so we have a street light, metal table and metal chairs. Light is not an issue for stargazing as 5 freeway lights illuminate the entire park. Speaking of which, there is a high wall between the park and IH 10. Only sound you hear is when some moron thinks his car will go faster with loud pipes punches it down the ramp. Pool room, game room, TV room has good AC. Shower, laundry and mail room no AC, or at least they do not turn it on and the doors are left open. Not a problem for us as we have our own machines on board. Pool, that was a problem for me. It is a "Designated Smoking Area". WHAT????? I am seriously allergic to tobacco, so pool was not an option. And the smokers sit under the patio cover, with the fans running on them, blowing their nasty stink all over Rhonda is manager M-F, someone else is there for the weekend, Rhonda does not live on property. Rhonda is very helpful and easy to get along with. She said if we did not like our original site (68) we could look at the one we finally chose. Very friendly. When we arrived, someone told us not to leave anything out as the homeless will steal it. We saw 2 homeless people in the daytime right after we arrived. Since then there has been no sign of them. There is CCTV in the park. We originally cable locked our chairs, but stopped and have had no problems. Yes I would come back here. There are some park models here, and they are getting old, but they are well kept for the most part. Some permanent residents had Class A's in not so good condition visually. The sites are close where your awning will almost touch your neighbors RV, but as we were parked next to the road with our door facing roadside, it was like we had a large yard, be it concrete and asphalt, outside our door. We have a long term neighbor behind us who does not believe they should pick up their dog poop. I counted 4 piles the day I arrived when I went over to see if my truck would interfere with his backing up (we both have duallys). Last night we were outside enjoying the cool 89 degree night, and saw the lady with her dog. The dog pooped along the side of the road but in the gravel next to their rig, and she picked the dog up (but not the poop) and went in. This morning on our walk (only 79 degrees) I counted at least 30 piles of poop, around and UNDER their RV. Rhonda said she would be right on it. There was some improvement in a couple of hours.

While PRINCE IN TUCSON provides a convenient location to plug in for a few days, weeks, or months _…read moreThere's alot to be said about management when they take callers for granted, by making offensive comments which are clearly condescending and disrespectful, and behind their backs to a friend I've known for 30 years. I was a caller making plans on behalf of a friend, who needed to plug in for a few days while visiting me in Tucson. Experience tells me, that as a business owner, I'm just as much a customer by making the phone call, particularly, when I'm sending Rhonda a paying customer. My review may not mean much to the masses, but I know that the Good Sam Club cares about matters like this because such behavior reflects poorly on them. As an individual, I'm a man of principal, and will air my concerns when a public platform provides me the opportunity. I want to close by saying, that this YELP review only pertains to the customer service I experienced and not my friend.

I want to give this place five stars, but they need a few tweaks on their amenities. This might…read morehappen because there's new ownership from what the maintenance manager told me at the beginning of September 2021. However, if you're looking for a nice RV park for your friends and family that come to visit, this place is pretty large and well maintained. There is a Junior Olympic pool, a small gym in an upstairs location (that is a little rudimentary and needs some updates especially on their equipment), And to laundromat facilities that will be updated soon updated soon. The outside is gated and the inside has ample room for walking. There's even tennis courts that are used often for pickle ball or biachi ball. I especially like the office and community center area. They are quite large and according to the manager they have music events with dancing and a full-size stage performance. There's even exercise classes, crafts and a professional kitchen and more. Starting at the middle of October 2021 there should be some events scheduled so it will be interesting to see what those will be. Overall, a very friendly and easy-going environment. There are spaces for RV parking and there are park models for purchase or rent. They do fill up quickly; so if you or your family are interested give them a call and reserve.

NO REFUNDS...NO EXCEPTIONS! I am spending the winter here…read more(5months), and came specifically to participate in an organized activity. On January15th, they closed that activity indefinitely. I went to the office and politely asked if I could get a pro-rated refund for February and March, since I cannot participate in the activity for which I came to Rincon. The response was "Absolutely not!" If they cannot provide the activities marketed on their site, shouldn't they be willing to provide a refund? I feel that they are essentially robbing me of $1500. I will not be returning to Rincon, and suggest that others find a different resort, where rational and considerate customer service is provided.
