I opted for a deep tissue massage and she didn't not disappoint. The massage was amazing. She worked on the knots in my shoulders along with my lower back. She also did some work on my stomach, I'm not sure if it was lymphatic drainage or what it was, but whatever it was, I didn't even realize how much I needed it. It aided in digestion and just kind of helped everything move along. I felt so much better after immediately following the treatment. No more back or stomach pain. This spa felt like a taste of the Pacific Northwest in Southern California. The space was claiming, isolated, and they pay attention to the smallest of details. The sauna/cold plunge rooms are built for two. While the space is booked singularly, you can add on an additional person $25. This room also comes with a shower and you can even order a fancy THC beverage to lean into the experience. I personally love a cold plunge, but pairing it with a sauna was.. chefs kiss.
