I've been to wren a few times now and they have never disappointed me. I've gotten the signature, muscle recovery, and garden massages and they've all been amazing! I also enjoy lounging in the back and relaxing with a friend. The membership is totally worth it too!

Hello Fellow Yelpers Found this spa on yelp as I was looking for a place that did lymphatic massages. The place is a renovated house turned into a business. It was a bit hard to locate at first. Parking is limited to a few spaces. There is street parking. The staff was very nice. The place is decorated so cute. The room was nice and the temperature was very relaxing. The bed is also heated. My massuse was was very nice and explained everything. This type of massage is very soft pressure and slow. It also includes a tummy massage which felt so good. I was able to get a first time customer discount, which was nice as this service was a little more than I normally spend on massages. I do recommend this spa as everything exceeded my expectations. Remember to do random acts of kindness as it will make everyone feel wonderful Happy Yelping, please follow me for more awesome reviews

I have had a Wren membership since June 2025 that was initially gifted to me, and it has been amazing. Having a monthly appointment dedicated to self care has truly been such a gift to myself. Worth every penny! The environment is incredibly peaceful and the amenities are top notch. Natalie was so helpful getting me set up and always makes sure I have everything I need, from coffee to mocktails. She truly makes the experience feel welcoming and effortless every time. Massage therapist Jess is an absolute dream. Hands down the best massage I have ever had. She works wonders and consistently delivers a 10/10 experience every single time.

Overall it was a great experience. I enjoyed my time there. I've done this countless of times at other facilities, I did notice that my sauna wasn't as hot as a normal sauna could be. (Yes I was constantly pouring water on the rocks). Also, I interacted with two female staff members while there. The first woman was great, great energy, great vibe. The second woman I had an experience with was not the best. Her vibe & energy she gave off was very judgy. When I go to wellness spas, that's the last vibe I want to encounter from an employee. So that was a bit off putting but other than that, definitely worth the money and time

When you've got a WRENch in your back you gotta go to Wren. Eric is a fantastic massage therapist and is extremely knowledgeable. He doesn't just provide an excellent and relaxing massage but also gives great advice on how to prevent longer term problems for those that sit at a computer for work. Wren offers a cool and customizable experience for all spa goers no matter what service they are seeking and definitely deserves a 5 star rating!

It was nice there was a call right after I got scheduled to make sure I knew I was doing and if I've ever been to Perspire before. They made sure to go over everything in detail. Parking shouldn't be an issue as it's in a little corner of the plaza. I actually liked it a lot more than Perspire since there is a small and large size Sauna. I like that it did get hotter than Perspire and did a little bit of cardio on the bike before hand to help increase the efficiency of the Sauna. Infrared is outside and you stand there 5 mins facing both sides. Pretty easy to use. There are goggles if you need but he explained to me it's healthy for you if you close your eyes and face it as well. It's not too too bright. I love that the towel was ICE cold on this ice plate as well. Everything was awesome thanks so much for the experience.

They have - a full towel service (dry towels to sit on & dry off with AND a chilled towel for after) - a chilled water refill station - plenty of parking - stationary bikes to get your heart pumping before a sauna session - clean rooms - bathroom - TV to watch Netflix from inside the sauna (speakers are inside of the sauna) - nice, happy staff I would've loved to hop in a cold shower right after, even an outdoor swimsuit on type rinse off. That would be a great addition if there's room to expand one day!

Tip: Bring your own water bottle! They have a water station :) Dress code: What you wear in the sauna is up to you. I would recommend bringing loose clothing items to change into afterwards! It's been a long time since I've been to the K-spa or Korean spa/bathhouse…read more This was my first time at this location, which is near the Diamond Jamboree plaza. I got the body scrub and massage for $135 since it includes admission, which is normally $40. Prior to the service, they recommend you soak in the hot pool for approximately 20-30 minutes. The facility is separated with a women's and men's area, and once you enter, you pay for your admission or service, put your things into the locker, strip naked, and head to the shower area where you are required to shower before you do anything. For just the admission alone, you get access to a variety of saunas, hot and cold pools, a steam room, and a common area with heated floors for relaxation. You get a time limit of 6 hours, which is way more than enough. At my appointment time, the workers, who are dressed in black bras and panties, call out your number (which is also your locker key number) and you head to the service area. The woman scrubbed off my dead skin for 30 minutes while applying a quick 5 minute facial mask, then had me shower off and come back. Next, she applied oil all over my body and gave me a mini massage which basically just loosened a few of my knots in my shoulder and back area. It was not really relaxing, but I only care about the results. :) Then she poured some type of warm milk all over my body, and poured some into my hand to wash my face with. She also shampooed my hair at the end... and I was asked to shower off my body again. I then headed to the common area where the co-ed saunas were and tried out the Salt room, the Forest room, Ondol room, Fire Room, and Ice Room for a short period. I spent a total of about 3 hours there with the service time included. Since I was short on time, I will get another service in the future, but come earlier to use the sauna rooms first, maybe try out their on-site restaurant, then get my service at the end and go home from there. I really enjoyed this day of pampering at the Korean spa. I just wished the guests weren't all on their phones and being loud. People were having full on conversations in the common area and whispering loudly in the sauna rooms. Technology has somewhat changed the Korean spa experience for me, which used to be more relaxing... but this was still great for the price. Happy spa day! Yelp Review #43- 2026

I came here with a group of girlfriends for my friend's birthday, and none of us had been to a Korean spa before. Honestly, it was confusing from the start. There wasn't much direction on where to go, what order to do things in, how the facilities worked, or what you were supposed to do if you booked extra services. We also came with one guy and a group of girls, so we didn't realize right away that we'd all be separated. Between that, people going off for body scrubs or massages, and everyone trying to figure it out as we went, I don't think we used the spa the way it was meant to be used at all. We ended up kind of bouncing around, asking what to do next, hanging out in the common area for a bit, and then leaving. The actual body scrub/massage add-on was fine, but overall it just felt disorganized and not very beginner-friendly. I've since seen friends go back and actually know what they're doing -- using the pools, sauna rooms, eating afterward, spending real time there -- and I can see how it could be a much better experience if you know the flow. But for a first-timer, especially with a group, I wish there had been a little more guidance.

Research shows that contrast therapy lessens muscle fatigue and decreases pain, swelling, and lactic acid build up following intense exercise.
