I've been delaying my review of Wren because I'm struggling to put its excellence into words. Wren is exacctttly what Costa Mesa has been missing. This small wellness studio is the first of its kind, specializing in cold plunges, saunas, and massages. I booked all three to celebrate my birthday. This spa felt like a taste of the Pacific Northwest in Southern California. The space was claiming, isolated, and they pay attention to the smallest of details. The sauna/cold plunge rooms are built for two. While the space is booked singularly, you can add on an additional person $25. This room also comes with a shower and you can even order a fancy THC beverage to lean into the experience. I personally love a cold plunge, but pairing it with a sauna was.. chefs kiss. I couldn't image a better way to start a new year. The massage was incredible as well. You can tell when someone knows the human anatomy and their expertise branch into physical therapy. My masseuse massaged muscles that have never been touched before. While the membership is pricey, I could seriously see myself coming here daily if I lived closer. Life would be much nicer with Wren in it. read more

Wowowow! From driving by, it almost looks like someone's house but there's a couple parking spots (3?) for guests but other than that, street parking. I reserved the private sauna and cold plunge and absolutely loved it. It was top tier service, from the cleanliness, the two towel, the water to drink, fancy ice cube to cool your face while in sauna, and even a bag for wet bathing suits. The place was very customer service forward. The cold plunge was 48 degrees and had jets in it. There's an outdoor shower with soap. I have had a Wren membership since June 2025 that was initially gifted to me, and it has been amazing. Having a monthly appointment dedicated to self care has truly been such a gift to myself. Worth every penny! The environment is incredibly peaceful and the amenities are top notch. Natalie was so helpful getting me set up and always makes sure I have everything I need, from coffee to mocktails. She truly makes the experience feel welcoming and effortless every time. Hello Fellow Yelpers Found this spa on yelp as I was looking for a place that did lymphatic massages. The place is a renovated house turned into a business. It was a bit hard to locate at first. Parking is limited to a few spaces. There is street parking. The staff was very nice. The place is decorated so cute. The room was nice and the temperature was very relaxing. The bed is also heated. My massuse was was very nice and explained everything. This type of massage is very soft pressure and slow. It also includes a tummy massage which felt so good. I was able to get a first time customer discount, which was nice as this service was a little more than I normally spend on massages. I do recommend this spa as everything exceeded my expectations. Overall it was a great experience. I enjoyed my time there. I've done this countless of times at other facilities, I did notice that my sauna wasn't as hot as a normal sauna could be. (Yes I was constantly pouring water on the rocks). Also, I interacted with two female staff members while there. The first woman was great, great energy, great vibe. The second woman I had an experience with was not the best. Her vibe & energy she gave off was very judgy. When I go to wellness spas, that's the last vibe I want to encounter from an employee. So that was a bit off putting but other than that, definitely worth the money and time read more

I had a great experience at Wren; they are so detail-oriented. Although I had many massages before, I felt like this was my very first real massage because of the entire experience, which included red light, a heated massage bed, a pleasant scent, music, and great massage therapist. Wren was such an amazing experience from start to finish. I got their signature massage and prior to the massage, I used the cold plunge and sauna. Part of my reason for going was because I had tennis elbow and had a long distance paddle coming up, so I desperately needed to relieve it before my race. Found this place on Tiktok and I was not disappointed! They were able to get my mom and I in pretty last minute so we appreciated the ability to accommodate.
