I know Mr. Miraglia has been in the roofing and siding business for over 35 years. Mr. Miraglia was very easy to work with, and he worked around the schedule of removal of the solar panels. He was very professional and was able to get me the color I wanted, which was something the other roofers I quoted could not do. He also showed a vast knowledge of roofing which was one of the other reasons I went with him. Mr. Miraglia also gave me a great price! The crew worked long days to get the job done quickly! "ZERO STARS" but, it wouldn't let me post.. I reached out and left 3 voice-mails over the course of the last 2 weeks and never received a call back. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful to a potential customer. No professional courtesy. Here's the kicker....I am a former customer and wanted to give them the opportunity for repeat business. Even stated it on my voicemails. Was also looking to possibly add new siding and windows as well. Huge $ potential there.... there loss. Outstanding job! Quote was so detailed. Job very thoroughly executed. Crew was professional and efficient. They have a dumpster that lifts up and rests right against the roof so nothing even hits the ground! I had a new roof/soffits/fascia/gutters/down spouts/gutter toppers put on my house in March/April 2018. From the start, Mark was courteous and professional from his first visit to inspect and write up a quote for me. He spent a good amount of time with me explaining options as I was handling this myself and I have no roof experience. I even called him (quite a few times) to discuss things with him and he always got back to me and helped me make decisions. It was determined that I needed to add two attic exhaust fans to help with the build up of heat/humidity in the attic along with the new roof. Once I decided on everything I wanted, Mark wrote up a quote for me and hand delivered it and went over everything on the quote. He kept in touch with me as I agreed to use him in November of 2017 but the weather was not cooperating. In the Spring of 2018 he called as soon as the last snowfall was done and said they would begin my project and let me know his crew would be delivering some of the items for the new roof. I wasn't home and was pleasantly surprised when I got home, they meticulously placed all the items in a very neat pile on the side of the driveway, not hurting my plants and leaving me more than enough room to get in my car in the garage. His crew were on time every morning and worked diligently and cleaned up every night before they left. They answered any questions I had and explained what was going on during the whole process. I ended up using a different company to put on the gutters/downspouts/gutter toppers only because the specific gutter toppers I wanted were only offered by this specific company. Mark was not put off when I asked him if it would be okay to have them do the gutters/downspouts because I knew they would have to pitch them in order for it all to work correctly. He just adjusted the pricing and we continued to move forward with the job. The roof/soffits/fascia look amazing and everything was done with skillful precision. I was so happy with Miraglia Contractors it's a shame I don't need more work done!! If you are considering getting a new roof or need roof repair or fans added, etc, please give Mark Miraglia a call. He and his crew will not disappoint. What a great business! Awesome professionals. Use high quality materials. Lay tarps down to protect vegetation, not a single peice of gargbage found after they were done. Excellent pricing. Did such a fanatstic job at my own home, had them put a new roof on my Mother's house. They even placed insulation in the attic while they had roof panels off, to make it easier for me to lay the insulation down. Didn't have to haul all that insualtion through a small attic access door. They are very knowledgeable & helpful to recommend a solution to your needs. My home is in an area with frequent high winds and the old shingles were being blown apart and off. Miraglia replaced my roof with quality shingles that are not likely to have that problem. I highly recommend this business for your roofing needs. Oh....and they were fast....work done in 2 days....removing old roof, repairing any damage and putting new roof shingles and cutting in a ridge vent to keep attic cooler in summer.
