I had three cards in Wich none of them worked, not because they declined but rather because she didn't have the bandwidth to understand what to do with the machine. She pushes me away, probably thinking I was holding up the line yet the people behind me had established that they were fine with me sorting things out. I told her I would try to figure things out on my side, and Wich I did. Do me, exited yet with feelings of ambivalence on the situation went back in to see if it would work. I waited my turn in the line, by the time it was my turn she wouldn't look me in the eye, this was particularly disappointing given that customer service is more that interaction in relation to a service they provide, it is a human interaction, manners apply too. I tried my card, boom it didn't work and she didn't let me try anymore. My friends had offered to pay for me, yet like I said "I would never donate my money to any establishment with service like this." In the end I wouldn't say I'm mad but rather disappointed for this forsaken evening that I had to bare is not one for the memory.
