Dr. Trinh for whatever reason always wants to see his patient to talk about what they want/need. All I wanted was my immunizations for proof elsewhere and he wanted to talk to me, why I do not know. I opted to just pick them up. At his appointments you could be waiting up to 30+ minutes for him to show up in the patient's room. My last visit was what topped me off. I waited 45 minutes in the patients room for Dr. Trinh until I had to speak to a MA. Mind you, my appointment was at 1 pm and another patient was at 130. For whatever reason they decided the see the 130 patient before me. I waited 10 more minutes before complaining to the receptionist. The reason for this meeting was strictly to talk about my labs. Well nothing was out of the ordinary with my labs. He just wanted to tell me that. He's a nice guy but he's obviously overworked.

A week later my husband also had a situation where he needed to go into the doctor and he saw her as well she told him that he had a condition that is rarely seen and we've never even known anybody who has had this condition. I doubted that that's what he had so I googled it and it was explained how to look for signs I look for signs that would indicate this is what he had and he had none of the signs at all. I told him I was not to take the medication and he shouldn't take it either so he went to another doctor and the doctor told him he had something entirely different and just to take this other medication but by the time that occurred he'd already had the condition for a week and it was really bad. She completely and utterly misdiagnosed my husband. She claimed he had a condition that usually only people in refugee situations have. Or homeless people who do not change their clothes or shower for a month or more. I have absolutely zero confidence in her ability to recognize proper diagnosis medically speaking. Everyone needs to stay away from this doctor unless you're just in there for a regular physical as though you would be seeing a medical assistant because I believe a medical assistant can diagnose more properly than this doctor can!!!!

Now I am being charged for this appointment because of the way the information was completed by the dr regarding the visit. I cannot get a straight answer from the office staff on this. The Washington billing department is also saying the medical coder says it is correct. This is ridiculous. It was An ANNUAL EXAM. I am now in search of a new dr.

I requested an appointment that needs an urgent attention from a PCP. His MA was very kind & helpful. She was able to respond in a timely manner, & explained carefully the availability for Dr. Kevin. I was suffering from anxiety/depression at that time. Dr. Kevin is busy, but still took the time to make me feel like I was the only patient. During my appointment, Dr. kevin took his time & listen to every details that I say, he gave me time to open up while I was having a breakdown. I did not feel rushed at all. He would ask questions in between & try his best to understand the situation. One thing that stands out for me the most is that he always double check my medications before prescribing a new one. Due to my past medical history, this is very important. Because its rare to have a primary doctor that is well-organized. Also, Dr. Kevin never fails to offer me a referral, he will always make sure that I get more medical care that I need for my situation. The high level of effort was excellent!!!!! Not only that, I was very pleased with the manner which both Dr. kevin & his MA handled the illness that I have during that time. Run away! I'm…read moreworking for a tech company, and the health care insurance provided by my company Facebook suggests this office. I have a very bad experience. I will tell my friends to not come here, and ask my employer to take this office off the suggestion. My story: _Booked an appointment and visited the office. _On my first time visit, I visited it on time but had to wait for 30 minutes. _The nurse came, weighed me, and gave me a flu shot. She was rude. She constantly dropped items on the floor, talked loud, and was aggressive. I think she also told me that "I won't kill you. Don't worry" which scared me af. _Waited for another 30 minutes. _The doctor came, asked a few questions and scheduled a follow-up. Less than 10 minutes. _Next day, I was charged $300 for new patient fee, where the insurance only covered partially. _Forgot the 2nd appointment date (it's my fault but there was no reminder / call from the office), and was charged $80 for no show fee. So yeah... they did nothing for me and charged $400. I don't think they give a shit about you, and only care about your money.
