I asked him about the agreement to which he replied that contract is just a piece of paper and doesn't mean anything. He brings his wife everywhere and plays her as the victim of medical irregularities to get sympathy from you. if you want to be blackmailed, want to get headaches, get sloppy work at your home then hire this business. I decided not to be blackmailed and was willing to take a hit since I gave him 50% of the amount as advance but got only 20% work done, I eventually fired him and got another painter to complete the remaining work.
