He power washed damaging the concrete and only put one coat of patio paint in the high traffic area. Immediately the paint started peeling right inside gate where everyone walks and carries paint chips (including my dogs!). I reached out 2 more times to ask that they fix it and they have not responded to the last request or contacted me after months. At this point, I do not trust them to fix their work. So now I'm paying 2x for my patio to be painted.

After several months of excuses and avoiding calls, they started on 13Jul2023. I had to constantly call and text to no avail, he was not answering. Once completed, the materials were not what promised - the iron fencing was supposed to be powder coated, but was rusting within 2 months. All he did was spray paint over some of the rusted parts. Also, he installed a solar gate opener, but it only worked for a few weeks. I asked him to repair/replace and he came out, but could never fix it (even though it was under warranty). After 2 years of continually calling/texting, I had to give up. Mike was very unprofessional, out of town when he promised work to be done and really never apologized for anything, just laughed it off. I have never dealt with such low quality work and horrible customer relations. Just stay away from this company, you'll regret it if you do use them.

They stated that they had to go out of town and I would get the bid when they returned. So I received the bid 7 days after my appointment and 5 days after all the other bids. The price of the concrete was a fair price but I decided to go with another company because of the time frame I needed. Perhaps next project I can use this company.

While most of the fence is good, there are many brand new pickets that are split and the quality of the workmanship on the gate is far from acceptable. (I'll try to add a photo of the gate after this review). Multiple emails, text messages, phone calls to Lonestar Fence and Construction over multiple weeks have been ignored. A final walkthrough has not been performed. When they finished construction, one of the partners went through our neighbor's yard to jump the fence and find me in the backyard. I knew they were coming by that same day of completion to collect but never furnished a time. My comments about the quality of the workmanship to one of the partners were ignored.
