This is a family run restaurant in the countryside where there are lots of orange groves, etc. It was introduced by a friend of ours (Pedro) who is a regular customer and has a property just down the road. It was the best Paella we have ever had - really delicious. The rice was cooked perfectly - no crunchy or dry bits at all. The ingredients were super fresh and it was just perfect. We ate a lot and I wish I would have taken photos of all the items we ate there but the 5 of use were stuffed when we left. A definite place to visit if you are in the area which is just S/SW of the City of Murcia. read more
