He came over gave us a very detail presentation of how everything worked he then left us the films we were interested and let us experience which one would work for us. I loved how he brought towels put them on the floor making sure no water from his own hand made water solution backpack (so cool and creative) to clean the windows to his own trash can and ladder. I can't say enough about Tim except it was such a pleasure meeting him and we are very happy with all the seven windows you did for us.
