When I emailed to address the issues, she ignored me and instead posted a passive-aggressive Instagram story aimed at my concerns. She only responded after I called her out. I was truly shocked at how she responded with no concern for whether her clients are happy. Her attitude made it clear she does not care about client satisfaction. Whatever she says goes, and she has no interest in fixing mistakes or making anything right. The quality of her work has gone downhill, and the way she treats clients is completely unacceptable. Her Instagram may look polished, but that is not reality. Even the typos on her website and prep guide were red flags for how unprofessional she is. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration.
