I was fortunate enough to work with Chris during the planning phase, and there were a lot of emails and questions I had which he answered with patience and clarity. He really worked with us on pricing, and we found Mint to be the best option for us for more reasons than one. When we finally met Chris on our wedding day, he was really calm and easygoing and he worked unobtrusively alongside our photographer. He was there to capture all the special and important moments and paid great attention to detail. Most of the time, I didn't even realize he was there so it surprised me when we got our draft videos back within a few short weeks after our event, and saw how close he got during all the important and critical moments of the day. Overall, we are truly pleased with our experience with Mint and we think Chris is very professional and approachable, which are two of the best traits to find in a wedding cinematographer. We were able to edit our draft, working videos, and Chris really came through and delivered what we asked of him. There were some things I had wanted or wished were different, but we worked with the material we had and it turned out wonderfully. Sehee completely forgot about the shoot. I waited, called, and texted with no response, only for her to eventually call me back and casually say she had just woken up. When I asked what I should do, instead of taking accountability or trying to fix the situation, she asked to reschedule for the next day -- when it was supposed to rain, which is exactly why I carefully planned for today. At that point, I was already out time, money, and effort -- standing there fully ready with my freshly groomed dog -- for absolutely nothing. To make things worse, about an hour later she posted on Instagram that she was late to another photoshoot because she had partied too hard watching Coachella, but said it was "worth it." That is beyond disrespectful and completely unacceptable behavior for someone running a business. This was not just an inconvenience -- it was careless, unprofessional, and honestly insulting as a paying client. I expect a full refund immediately. I would strongly discourage anyone from booking here if reliability and basic professionalism matter to you.

Will immediately understood what I meant and is in general a great communicator. We shot in several locations and in several lights so that I'd have options appropriate for different uses. I'm using my favorite now as my LinkedIn and Facebook profile photos. I've never gotten so many likes on a Facebook photo--ever. Everyone just howled with excitement. Will made me looks as good as I ever could, but also still like myself. He has a very easy way about him, and I think because he made me feel so comfortable, he was able to record an accurate (but completely flattering) image. Having a videographer at our wedding was one of our top priorities, so imagine our extreme…read moreexcitement when we stumbled upon the work of Jose Botella Films. Absolutely obsessed!! Through their Instagram, we were able to watch some of their past work, which really helped us make our decision. We fell in love with them so quickly, because they have such a sweet, intimate style, while also emphasizing how cinematic the day really is. Jose and Arantza were such an integral part of making our day run seamlessly. The only time we remembered we were on camera was when they were cheering us on, and making us feel beautiful with compliments. Having never worked with a videographer in the past, we were not sure what standard pricing looked like. But I can attest to the fact that they are worth every penny. We received our two wedding videos (1 preview, and 1 longform) immediately after our honeymoon, and we haven't stopped watching them since. To this day, I cry every single time. They did such an incredible job, capturing the tiny details, and sewing them together beautifully during editing. They even documented moments we weren't able to witness, making it even more fun to watch. We got to see our guests truly enjoying the day, thanks to this video.
