Let me start by saying, my Dr Kathryn has been wonderful and has tremendously helpful getting me pain-free. She cares so much about her patients and their health. She is one of the most amazing individuals which I have ever met. While going there I have the pleasure of meeting another one of their therapists Dr Brandon. Although, I was not his patient I have witnessed his wonderful dedication to his patients. He has treated me as if I was his patient and always with a friendly greeting when I arrived. I can't thank the team enough for making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived until this day when I said good-bye. I hope I don't have any future injuries that require me to go to pt, but one thing I know for sure there is no other place that I would consider going for treatment then Kinetics Physical Therapy of Collegeville! Following Ken's advice, she is now taking longer steps, walking at a faster pace and just feeling more confident. Dr. Ken challenges my mom without making it too difficult. She tells him when she doesn't want to do something because it is hard but we both see the progress each week. While being challenging, Dr. Ken is also compassionate. While I anticipated some soreness…read moreafter having my first adjustment, I wasn't ready to barely be able stand up, walk or not being able to sit down properly. I called and canceled my appointments and you'd think they'd at least have the decency give me a call back and give me some insight? No. No one called and they just canceled all my appointments since I'd didn't get any calls about missing any lol. I was willing to give this practice the benefit of the doubt since I've had no experience with a chiropractor before, and just see how it would go. Honestly, it just seems like a lack of care. They adjust you in an open area where honestly anyone can watch when there's private rooms in the back that they could to it. It just felt like a waste of my time. Especially since the first appointment was xrays, watching a really old video by yourself in the room and "visual tests". There's literally no need for you to have to come in the NEXT day and get adjusted. There's absolutely no reason why they can't do it same day. This entire waste of time costed me $80 and I wish I would've went ANYWHERE else. So, if you want to be treated with a one on one experience I'd find a better practice.

I had come in a few minutes early (as I always had without incident) and I was talked down to by the receptionist like I was a 2 year old - verbally scolded by a woman who was at least 20 years younger than me! I let that go but I was not happy! The following visit I was forced to wait and wait in a crowded waiting room for my last visit without any acknowledgment at all. But. . . But. . . isn't that so dangerous with the plague? I had even taken a half day from work!!! Finally I chose to walk the hell out. I did that and never came back. My last experience with the office staff was poor. Extremely condescending and rude. Dr did personally call to try to salvage my business but he chose his rude office staff over the patient saying he would "work" with her. If your office staff is rude and condescending to patients why would they be the face-voice of your business anyway? Lots of turnover here too- that speaks volumes. I guess the only time they seem to care is when you walk out- I was getting calls nonstop but when you are there? No appreciation. I've since had two other old school chiropractors who charge me next to nothing because I don't go through insurance. The one I saw was wonderful but fell ill and passed away- the other is amazing- Shout out to YOU DR JOSEPH WASHKO!! He also gives me plenty of time- I'm not rushed in and out like Dr C. It was a blessing in disguise- my last experience enabled me to find a far better value and comprehensive treatment. Sorry- not sorry.

I would never recommend Dr. Connelly…read more After almost an hour of him talking to me, discrediting my 10 years of health problems to "inflammation" and making snide remarks about all of my providers and what they were doing wrong to help me (PT, functional doc, previous Chiro) to try and make it seem like I just needed him... and telling me about how his wife left him... I politely declined X-rays without a thyroid collar (a common, evidence-based safety request). I was very calm and said "I'm not comfortable with it" - he became irate. I was met with aggression, intimidating (yelling) and personal attack. All in a room alone with him as a young female. It was extremely inappropriate, uncalled for and unprofessional response to a calm boundary well within my rights. Not a respectful or safe environment and I should honestly press charges for harassment.

Dr. Kugelman is top notch. My wife has a lot of health issues making her surgery far from routine. He was cautious, insisted on speaking to her various specialists beforehand, followed up in detail afterwards to make sure she was getting the care she needed, and was always kind and considerate. He insists he treats every patient like they are family, and we believe it. It's a several hour drive for us to any of the rothman locations but we feel it is well worth it. Our only complaint is the annoying kiosks you're required to sign in on for each visit. Which you then just rehash everything with the receptionist anyway. But that is the way most medical offices are today so LOL!
