Here - they must be scheduling wizards because on the three visits I have had, I was checked in, sat for about a minute (ok, maybe 5... maybe) and was then seen by the assistant and then within minutes the physician. An appointment that would have taken my close to two hours previously was like 20 minutes. I LOVE THAT. Not only that, everyone, from the front receptionist to Dr. Sobhani was courteous, attentive and helpful. Top-notch medical care, efficiently... isn't that what we all want?

She doesn't know whether cancer runs in my family, heart disease, diabetes, asthma, etc.... She had no desire to ask any questions. Her first words were "what are your major complaints." I actually didn't have any complaints, but our family doctor retired at the beginning of the year and we needed to find a new doctor and an elderly neighbor recommended her. My husband has already canceled his upcoming appointment with her and I will NOT be returning. For a doctor to not even ask for any medical history a first appointment is absurd. Her manner was very brusque, rude and I left feeling humiliated by her due to a medical condition I have. Her exact words about my condition were " What's up with that? It's ugly." And for some reason, she seemed to think that an unusual symptom I now have is from a medicine I've been on for 17 years. NO. She also didn't seem to know much about a condition I suffered from in the past two years. Well I don't know what country you're from, but that is not how a doctor behaves. I'm also leaving this review on my health insurance website because they ask insured folks to rate the doctors. You can guarantee I put everything and more on my insurance website. It's not like other doctors where you walk out with a prescription but not really understanding why you have it. Really the only downside is that Dr. Sues is the only doctor in the office. So yes, you will need to wait if she gets tied up with another patient. The hours are usual business hours, which is generally fine. But it also means if you come down with something more urgent, there won't be evening or weekend hours. And of course, there's no in house lab, so you'll have to visit Quest or Labcorp if you need blood drawn. The location is convenient - basically at the intersection of 495 and Route 50.

Even though I can't say exactly what about these things makes this place great, these are all the reasons why this place is the best.

No matter how far fetched it might be. He takes in concerns from head to toe. He is not one of those doctors who say I can only check one thing at a time. He is friendly, funny and very caring. He checks you out throughly. After finishing he prints out all referrals you need and gives you a summary of everything we went over. This doctor is extraordinary. If you ever visit him you will see what I'm talking about. The staff is awesome also. When ever I call them they answer with 5 minutes. You ask people you trust and respect "whom do they trust?" Fortunately Dr. Armani's name came up as a result in November of 2024 with my very trusted dental hygienist. "I highly recommend her," she said. "My entire family goes to Dr. Armani, not just recently, but for over 20 year." Very impressive - I thought. Immediately, I scheduled an appointment. That was very easy, efficient and quick. It was almost too good to be true (but it is). This charming, beautiful lady took my blood for overnight analysis, listened to me, found my medical history, diagnosed my issues properly and started me off on treatments that made sense. I did not even realize I was in serious trouble. But she did. However, she attacked with such gentle care as a healer, which to me is much more than just a doctor. She gained my trust simply by listening and applying her knowledge with an extreme purpose, bringing me out of an extreme condition into health over the last six months with care and follow through touch. This was my first time at this location. I was in the area for some appointments and needed to see…read moresomeone in a pinch, and this location had times available that worked with my schedule. Parking was probably the hardest part at this location, as I'm used to going to Reston or Tysons Corner, where parking is very close to the office. Once I found parking in a lot about a quarter-mile away and walked to the office, I realized I couldn't get in without pushing an intercom button. Again, not something I was used to at the other offices that I've been to. But once I got inside, checked in, and let them know that I was trying to get lab work before my visits, they took care of signing me in for both and getting me set up. The lab tech took me back shortly after, and it was someone I knew from the Reston office. After finishing with the lab tech, the nurse practitioner quickly called me back, took care of the reason I was seeing her, and had me quickly on my way to my next appointment. I can't say enough about One Medical as a practice, and I highly recommend you give them a try if you need primary care or a new doctor.

The back and forth communication between the app is amazing and has saved me hours of my life .. and the ability to make same day appointments is life changing. They have a children's practice as well, which I am highly considering switching to as I can see it being easy to schedule sick and well visits, get doctors notes, etc. My company used to pay One Medical Group as a benefit but it is so good that I continue to pay out of pocket. Just came back from my and my husand's first(&last) visit. The day was Sep 09 2011, as you know…read morethat week this region had heavy rainstorms with a lot of road closure - but we did leave early, had to take a long way around, and called them to notify that we could be a few minutes late due to these conditions. They never said anything on the phone but to come on in, so we kept on driving, and arrived 10 minutes late from our original appointment time. When we arrived and gave our name, the staff didn't turn us down, so we assumed that they knew we are the people called earlier - well, we were wrong. AFTER filling all the forms, they told us that the doctor won't see us because we were late. WE CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW! If they had said so on the phone, that we should reschedule we wouldn't have been this upset. And then they said "you can wait here for next 2 hours and we'll see if we can squeeze you in." Uh, what's the point of setting an appointment? And do they think we have all day to skip work and just sit there? And this is what they are like on our FIRST VISIT where they should make a good first impression? Don't know about dr's skills(duh, never got to see her) but staff are very rude and unprofessional, and so was the doctor. The dr herself seems to do whatever she feels like at the moment and does not value the patients' time. Not sure how much communication and discipline the staff gets from the doctor, but clearly didn't care to remember that we were the people who called that we would be late. And if they are so darn packed they can't even allow 10 minute late patient, well then they shouldn't pack that much. In that kind of environment I doubt the quality of service would be so good. SO WE AREN'T GOING BACK AND NOT RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. IT'S A SHAME THIS DR WAS ON WASHINGTONIAN MAGAZINE AS RECOMMENDED PHYSICIAN!
