A great doctor who served my mother and myself well for several years. She is now in a concierge practice associated with INOVA.

Her rude husband at the front desk needs to go…read more I had my first appointment with her recently, she asked for absolutely no family history. She doesn't know whether cancer runs in my family, heart disease, diabetes, asthma, etc.... She had no desire to ask any questions. Her first words were "what are your major complaints." I actually didn't have any complaints, but our family doctor retired at the beginning of the year and we needed to find a new doctor and an elderly neighbor recommended her. My husband has already canceled his upcoming appointment with her and I will NOT be returning. For a doctor to not even ask for any medical history a first appointment is absurd. Her manner was very brusque, rude and I left feeling humiliated by her due to a medical condition I have. Her exact words about my condition were " What's up with that? It's ugly." And for some reason, she seemed to think that an unusual symptom I now have is from a medicine I've been on for 17 years. NO. She also didn't seem to know much about a condition I suffered from in the past two years. Well I don't know what country you're from, but that is not how a doctor behaves. I'm also leaving this review on my health insurance website because they ask insured folks to rate the doctors. You can guarantee I put everything and more on my insurance website. Please, don't go to this witch.

I tried giving this place a couple chances as with the pandemic everyone has been effected so we have to be lenient, but I have officially hit my end point. My results were not delivered to me but another family member which was really irresponsibly as per HIPPA. Due to that wrong information was not passed back to me. I didn't find this out till months later when needing results for work and going on the lab website to retrieve them. Another is that one of my relatives who has trouble with technology had asked me to help them on retrieving their results as well. However, when inputting their name no results were found! It's been over 2 months past the appointment in which they had gone to the lab to get test done!! So then we tried called the office to ask what was going on and they just told us that it was our own responsibility to figure out the test and call it in ourselves?? How great, you write the order but can't help us retrieving it. Well thanks for nothing. I was actually able to retrieve the results after going through papers that were kept after each appointment/ order. Thank goodness these papers were saved! And the reason to why we couldn't find the result? The name was incorrect! How is the name incorrect?? They have done test here prior and received results, but this time and this test just happened to be a different name when there was no chance in the name of the ID given or the insurance card? Anyway, thanks for the past care that we received here. We will not be coming back.

After hearing about Dr. Craddick from these two people, I had pretty high expectations before my first appointment. I'm happy to say that Dr. Craddock exceeded those high expectations. The initial paperwork about my medical history and current complaint were thorough without being too long. Dr. Craddock really took the time to listen and understand what I was experiencing. He really saw me as a whole person and he treated me accordingly. His gentle touch was very effective. His office was immaculate and I felt very comfortable all the way through the two appointments I've had with him so far. I will be glad to go back to him for care in the future and I will definitely recommend him to others.

He used to be a fireman, and has the sweet 'stache to prove it. The only con I have is that he doesn't take my insurance. But if you take into consideration that I'm willing to see him regardless, it's quite a testament to his abilities as a doctor. I went to him because of nagging hip pain, possibly from hip bursitis. After one treatment the pain was completely gone. He wanted a follow up appointment one week after that, and then one month after that. The fact that he suggests seeing me after longer and longer time periods makes me believe he is not one to try to take your money but honestly has your best interest at heart. In my book, that's worth five stars.

This place is wonderful. They truly care about the patient. I have always been told that if you…read morecould ever get into this hospital to go there, but I had no idea what a difference it really was from all the others. In the last thirteen years we have dealt with too many hospitals to count. They have been generally the same. Get the patient in; evaluate quickly; take them off of whatever medication their regular psychiatrist usually has them on; have a peeing contest, so to say, with their regular psychiatrist, to show who really is the physician, with no real concern for the patient; not wanting any information from those who are around them most often; shipping them out of the hospital as quickly as possible, most often before the medication has even taken effect, to a Rehab, Home, or Halfway house; just to start the process again with another patient. Then the cycle keeps repeating itself. Our experience with Dominion Hospital was nothing like this. Leslie, the Social Worker, or Dr. Zoe, the Psychiatrist, would call whenever they felt the need to get further information or to advise about something they were concerned about. It was never a five minute phone call either. We would speak for long periods of time trying to find a solution that would most likely benefit the situation at hand. I never had this type of experience in any other place. It was amazing. They definitely put their whole heart into it. I will also say, they were dealing with a very difficult situation. In all cases, it is the responsibility of the patient to want to make the changes and put in the hard work to get things done. I will just say, Dominion sets them on that track by giving them a great beginning. They try to get them on the correct medications; get them into the right treatment programs; and offers them wonderful support along the way. This hospital is outstanding! Thank you to everyone.

He took great care of my daughter in her first two years of life. She always finds something entertaining in the waiting area, whether it was the TV or the giant fish tank. My 2 year old is highly afraid of Shots AND doctors, but Dr. Lamson was able to entertain the little guy enough where he allowed him to pull his pant leg up so that he could administer the vaccine on his thigh, he cried a bit, but after that, he wanted Dr. Lamson to play with him. My 4 year old, on the other hand, loved how Dr. Lamson installed a video game system in the waiting lobby and he also enjoyed the decorations that were put up in the patient room. He asked me if he could come here for his future wellness visits and we just might schedule both of their wellness visits here and just leave emergency and sick visits for our local pediatrics!
