She explained to me some "behind the scenes" issues (supply chain, AI images due to their contracts with online teleflora businesses, etc.) and listened when I made some suggestions on how to avoid a similar situation in the future. Although it is disappointing that a delivery wasn't as expected, I learned the importance of calling in orders & speaking to the florist about the design, rather than going off a website (although convenient).
