I am not one for invasive sales associates, but zero effort was made at this store. I asked two associates at the counter whether they had other bras in the same size and style (different pattern). It was like crickets. They did not show me any other options or even point me to where they were. At that point I knew more about them than they did. I also asked if they had a pair of pants in the same size and waistband but a wider leg. Again, they had no clue what they carried and what they didn't. These were basic black pants that they always carry, not a weird line or style. I gathered up the things I had planned on buying, and their cash register system was down. No apologies. I asked if they had any coupons. They didn't know. The entire experience was frustrating because it was quite obvious they did not want to be there. I left the store without purchasing anything and bought what I wanted online.

They moved to the current store a few years ago, giving them more room for the merchandise. Very happy & I love Maurices line for reasonable stylish priced apparel! Only problem, sometimes they sell out fast... and there has been a few times item couldn't be found from another chain store...
