I came away with a very nice compressed paper-like cutting/serving board shaped like the State of Iowa. Other shops here at Clark and Main include Nook & Nest and Z.W. Mercantile. You'll still only catch me there for sales and clearance specials, but it actually is decently priced and they have little knick knacks and sell body care products from a local farm.
