Overall, it was a bit too greasy for my liking, but it'll definitely hit the spot if it's what you crave after a night out on the sauce. If faced with the option of Roosters or anywhere else for post-night out grub, I'd probably choose a Mc Donald's Quarter Pounder or a Subway sandwich. Based on my firsthand observations, I have to say that the service is definitely challenged. They take all the sauces away an hour before closing. It is the same with the soda and ice cream machines. The sauce bottles where lined up on the floor in front of the cutlery. They don't listen to what you order and have to correct them. In the two days I was there, they had issues with their credit card machine with non U.K. based credit cards. The floors to the toilets are super slippery which is extremely dangerous because there are stairs. The food, well it's the standard Nandos which is the good part, although my chicken livers had a bath of oil in the bottom of the bowl they were served in.
