Another register did open and I asked the cashier who was wearing a shower cap with the individuals name is and all I got was I'm talking to someone she's the manager. I don't know who she was talking to. She was wearing a shower cap and head braces. That's the only way I can describe her. This store has become so pathetic. I live down the block. I also wanted to purchase more clothing. The salesperson told me that since it was more than 21 days past the purchase date I could not exchange the pants. They have lost me as a customer. I found this to be very poor customer service especially since I wanted to purchase more clothing and I have been shopping there for years. They were completely inflexible. I received a telephone call this morning from the owner and the store manager to apologize for what happened yesterday. I returned to the store and not only did they exchange the pants but they gave me a discount on an additional pair of pants that I purchased. All I can say is WOW. When I went back 2 days later to do a return for the pants that I bought they will only give you a store credit which doesn't seem fair since their mirrors are false advertising. I was not happy.
