She comes off almost like a personal shopper. I loved that a lot. She pays attention and doesn't make the shopper feel like she is pushing you to buy. She genuinely cares and expects people to return. I will return specifically because of her service along with the quality items they have. I hope Vivian keeps her around. I was referred to Sherri, who is the corporate manager for this location. She educated me about the various types and grades of leather and responded to my numerous idiosyncrasies about how I wanted the sofa/recliner to look. And feel. And how I would be using it m, as well as its location in our home. And ability to have room for our rescue dog who is accustomed to his own "spot" on the sofa. To my surprise we were able to make a decision on our first visit, selecting a three seater with both ends reclining. And the manufacturer offered the option of a heated seat, lumbar and cervical spine controls and a massage feature! While these may seem like overkill and not necessary, for two guys with cervical and lumbar spine challenges and each having had cervical spine surgeries, they have become features we each have used since taking delivery. I already mentioned SHERRI as our own outstanding sales consultant and her associate ESTER was always an asset in Sherri's absence. The delivery was without additional charge, as part of our sale price, and Leather Express uses their own delivery service. MATT was the lead delivery person, assisted by MAC. Matt set up the sofa and provided guidance in its use, which has become easier as we have developed a familiarity with the controls. Our experience was painless and pleasant while being professional and warm at the same time. We returned and selected two recliner chairs, and I'll update this review when they are delivered.
