I had the grönsakslandet salad: a big bowl of quinoa, avocado, beet hummus, pickled carrots, broccoli, cucumber, pumpkin and sunflower seeds with the "orange" juice, a glass of fresh pressed carrot, ginger, strawberry, and apple. We loved it all! I've also been to their locations in both Stockholm and Malmö. They're all great and I'm sad they have not yet opened outside of Sweden. Please come to Copenhagen!!
