They were considerate of me, as I was living in the home during the remodel. They were so meticulous, making sure that everything was properly covered and when they uncovered, went around and made sure that everything was clean. In February of this year, we hired Mission Demolition to remove our tile flooring an take down some interior walls. During the process dropped a toilet and dropped a beam onto our stove causing major damage to our GE Profile stove oven. Ryan gave us $300.00credit for a new toilet . He insisted on buying replacement parts for our stove. We waited months to hear from him.we researched and found that the parts have been discontinued. His insurance company has not responded to us since filing a claim. Even after repeated emails. Ryan has refused to fully compensate us for for the stove. We have moved back into our home, and we have had to purchase a stove, and he or his insurance have failed to take responsibility. We would not recommend them for demolition work. read more

We selected Mission Demolition to remove all of the flooring in our 2500 sq ft home. The floor was about 60% carpet with the remainder in 12" ceramic tile. The estimate was a little higher than I expected but I am so glad we chose them. Their workmanship and attention to detail was absolutely first class. The two workers who removed the flooring were professional, hard-working, informative, and polite. It was 108-113 degrees on the two days this job was done. We ran the A/C but the house was still warm. They got right at the job and did not let that slow them down. We now have a bare smooth concrete floor that will help ensure that our new floor installs beautifully. I highly recommend Mission. read more

This is the second time I have used Mission Demolition here in St George (and once in the Las Vegas area) Ryan and his guys have obviously been doing this longer than any other company around--here or Las Vegas. I own several rental properties as well as 2 of my personal homes, Mission Demolition has now done 3 of them. I tried another company here in St. George and another company in Las Vegas (5 total removals)--thinking I would get the same result as I did with Mission Demo, both were slightly less money, but in the end I was not near as pleased (you pay for what you get I suppose) The customer service with Mission Demo is top notch to say the least! They always go above and beyond and are so easy to work with!! Ryan is amazing here in St George and his guy Hunter in Las Vegas is wonderful as well. They seem to be ACTUALLY dustless (or 99%) and you can really tell they have perfected the Dustless Tile Removal process with their years of experience and professionalism. Thank you again!
