I had some work done with Star Electrical in April. The bill was paid according to what was agreed upon then. An outstanding balance of $67.84 was emailed to me in November. Why would outstanding balance stay on the books for seven months? I do not recommend Star Electrical for anything! I advise everyone to stay away from them. There are plenty other choices.

He ultimately did not have the part to 100% fix our problem...BUT he did make the waterline functional. A week later we are still using the fix. What was super nice was that Joe knew we were in Graham to watch our daughter in the rodeo. I tried paying him beforehand so I wouldn't miss him. He refused and told my husband to go watch our daughter and he would catch us in a bit for the payment. He knew that I was anxious about getting him paid. We would highly recommend this establishment. They were quick, professional, honest, and reasonable. What else could someone ask from a business.

Now a month later A/C will not cool at all not even a little. Called on 9/7/23 for a tech was told they were booked it would be tomorrow before someone could get out to look at it. We accepted the wait and so called again this morning because we have not heard anything and was told their list was so long that there was no way they could get to us so wasting my time with them. WOW what customer service could have just been honest yesterday and I would have looked and found another company that could possible get out same day if not today at least rather than suffer for who knows how long had I not called back. Sad when it is cooler outside than inside your home and with an infant to top things off. Now I will pay another company that upon calling them said they will head that way right now. She was right it was a waste of my time calling them again for something they did not fix the first time but was happy to charge me and take my money.

They call me 15 minutes before appointment to tell me they have to cancel because they are going to another "emergency" appointment and they are so sorry. I have no idea what I am going to do now. I have pets who can't stay in the house during the day and I'm not sure what I am going to do. I would never ever use this company ever!!
