They took a urine drug screen and then charged me $110. I asked why they take a drug screen and they replied "that's our policy." Angela told me they only offer 1 procedure ... a nerve block but she couldn't explain and had a hard time finding information about this procedure. I was horrified. I was expecting physical therapy and imaging ... not a nerve block that is not evidence based or guideline backed. This is a scam to bill your insurance. Do not go!!

They have a new NP named Angela who has a very condesending attitude. This is the first time I have ever been to a doctors office that I felt like they weren't working with me or for me. My input or experience didn't matter. I'm not really sure why I came in because she had her mind made up about what she was going to do before she even spoke to me. When I started asking questions she told me that I may need to find another doctor to treat my pain. I thought that's what I was there for. I can deal with doctors that don't have the best bed side manner, some are just left brained people that deal in facts, but I always appreciate the actual work and results that they get. She does not need to be in a specialty that requires a little compassion when you are dealing with people that are at the absolute end of the road. She doesn't uderstand or care that by the time people get to her they haven't slept in months, haven't been able to leave their homes to enjoy time with family and friends, they haven't been able to go to their childrens extra curricular activities. I wish I would have known these things before wasting my time. If anyone knows a compassionate pain speacialist, please let me know. She also thought I needed to find someone else.

I was called a liar when in fact Nurse Kimberly Box is the liar. She said I had failed my drug test…read morewhich I was given on each and every appointment I had ever had, and I know I had used no illegal drugs. What really happened is that someone associated with the pain clinic saw me rolling a tobacco cigarette (which I do for many reasons, chiefly economy and purity) and jumped to the conclusion that I was stupid enough to roll marijuana in their parking lot. Subsequently I was kicked out of the pain management program. And they did not even give me enough medicine to taper off gradually so that I could avoid withdrawal symptoms. Subsequently I went through hell for over a week. I felt like I had a bad case of the flu only this flu also had ragged nerves that almost sent me over the edge. I had suicidal thoughts that I resisted successfully, but only by sheer will power and if a person wasn't very, very strong mentally, this might have caused the end of their life. In other words, Nurse Box is a liar and she lied to me when all she would have had to do was to tell me the truth and I could have explained it in a matter of seconds. She thought I was so smart that I could beat their drug tests, but stupid enough to roll marijuana in their parking lot. How one resolves those two things in their "mind" is a puzzle to me.
